Ankh

The small-boddied hybrid had an interesting offer for his friend. He had taken Whisper's words a bit too far, perhaps, and now had a plan in mind. He slunk about like a shaodw, trying to locate Niavo and the strange little human he carried around with him.

Niavo

Niavo was laying next to a large, overturned box at the back of a warehouse. Inside the box was Rousseau, whom he had managed to hide under the cover of darkness. There were blankets piled up in the box to help keep her warm, and a slew of stale edibles that he had found here or there. By keeping her awake at night, he had conditioned the little girl to sleep during the day, when other humans were normally active. Although it was a game of great chance, he had so far been succesful in keeping her hidden from her real species. It helped that this part of the town wasn't nearly as active as the other parts.

So the thick-ruffed hybrid was snoozing away, completely unaware that Ankh was looking for him. But the wind was blowing right, leading the hybrid's scent right to Ankh.

Ankh

The former Lurker came mincing towards Niavo after catching his scent. A grin was stuck fast to his lean, ebony muzzle as he saw the make-shift den that the hybrid had made for the child. "Niavo, wake yourself! I've got a suggestion..."

Niavo

The hybrid woke with a start, but recognized Ankh's voice quick enough. Pushing himself lazily up from the ground and casting a quick glance to Rousseau, nodded to his friend, "Got a suggestion? Lets hear it then." Niavo yawned lightly, still waking himself up from the nap.

Ankh

"Imperial Diadem pack." Ankh blurted out, raising his tail and boasting a thougtful, proud look. "We can claim this area as our own. What do you say to that?" He questioned, hoping that his friend would take a liking to the suggestion and the name. "We could be the Imperials, Niavo. Think about it! What power the name would have for us!"

Niavo

He cocked his head to the side, raising a furry brow, "Imperial Diadem pack?" The halfbreed thought about the name, repeating it in his mind. Finally, a grin came to him and Niavo nodded, "Actually... I'm taking quite a liking to it. Sure, why not? We need members now, though. If you want to stand up to your family's prestige, we need a heck of a lot of members." Niavo turned and peeked his head into Rousseau's box, making sure all was well before looking back over his ebony shoulder, "Try to find some young recruits. It will be easy to fill their heads with things." Already, Niavo was assuming leadership of the new pack, but with a calm demeanor.

Ankh

Ankh flinched suddenly, as if someone had just bit him. He had caught sound of a war call. "Family calls..." He snarled lightly, darting away.
