Abandond Pups
Near the door of a store was a cage with the top open. It was only two feet high. but the pups were to young to get out. There was 5 pups all together. Boki was obviously the oldest pup, at about 6 months old, he was decently tall. A German Sheperd/Lab mix. His body shape was that of a lab, but his coat was the texture of a sheperd. His color was mostly black, but if you looked hard enough, you could see some sheperd markings. As he stayed in the corner of a box he looked at the other pups with brown eyes.
The second oldest was Azin at about 5 months old, He was pretty tall as well, though his fur was the main feature of his height. He had very long hair. You could only smell his border collie blood. He looked like a pure timber wolf except with long fur. He was up on the side of the cage, yipping loudly, his gold eyes closed under his white lids.
Runi and Luxis were about 4 months each. Runi a borzoi and arctic wolf mix. Her eyes were a peircing blue. Her head looked like a wolf's head, but her body was more like a borzoi. She layed and slept beside Luxis. Luxis was a dalmation Dingo mix, Her body looked like a pure dingo except her folded ears and her black spots along her fawn body. Her eyes are a sandy brown.
The youngest was a pup that haddn't been named yet. She was just called pup, but was given no official name. She was a Dingo Wolf mix. A yellow thin wolf, her hears a slightly larger than a wolf's and her body has a distinguished dingo look. Her head is the shape of a wolf. and her tail looks like a wolf too. She has a Gray marking mixed in with the yellow, down her back and around her hind legs and abdomen. Eyes are pale yellow. She sat quietly looking at the bottom of the cage. She had given up on trying to get out.
Void
Her nose leads her to the cage, she looks down at the pups her eyes scanning over them each. Her eyes resting on one, her hard eyes softened whilst looking at the youngest. A memory stirred in her head as she peared at the young down trouded pup. The others seemed content, even lively. Yet this one had lost hope. This one needed out far more than the rest. Void hated the thought of having an annoying child fallow at her heals, but young or old she wasnt the kind to allow the innocent to suffer such. She lowered her muzzle into the cage, after proping her self on the edge. Grabbing the pup by the scruff of its neck she hoisted it out and set it gently beside her.And you thought you'd never get out. She said attempting to bring back the childs spirit.
(unnamed)
The pup stared up softly to the wolf that took her out of the cage. Her expression didn't change much, But she did stand and smirk, her tail wagged and she began to pant. Soft yellow eyes stared up to the females forehead, avoiding contanct. "Hello, who are you?" She kept her tail wagging a little, then let it flop to the side. Ears stayed flopped but up, listening intently.
Void
Her own yellow orbs remained firmly on the young pup. She lowered her nose to the pups level forcing her to look Void in the eyes. "I was tought long ago to meet the eyes of other. May it be in challenge or respect. It shows Confidence and strength. My name is Void." She said softly moving her head back to its original hieght, as if she took pride in the vauge name. "Whats with the cage?" she asked blandly.
unnamed
She growled uncomfortably and looked away. "A human kept us locked up, and threw us out." She hesitated. Hind legs trembling slightly in confusion about the eye contact. it was never respectful for such an act."We should get out of here before a human see's you. It's not safe for wolves to interact with humans." She began to trot aimlessly away, trying to get away from humans, though the smell was decieving. She had no idea where she was going. So she waited for void to lead.
Void
She had always defied the rules of things. Even her very own nature. It was just something she did. Her father was the same way, raising her alone from a pup, he thought things should change. She watched the pup begin to walk off. "Alright then, pup. We'll go." She cought up with the pup leading the way out of the of the urban area. Honestly she didnt know were to go either, but she assumed telling the pup that was not a good idea.
unnamed .+. pups
She followed close behind, trotting just a ways behind the adult female. She did believe the she wolf knew where she was going.
The pups in the cage were aroused when they saw the youngest leave. All they voices began to yip to be free'd as well.
Sakora
Vixen had been bored with her cousin as he played foolishly with Vindicated, she got tired of basking in the sun as well. She troted along the sides of the buildings, not trying to bring attention to herself. Auds perked up as she heard the small yelps of pups comeing from around the corner of the building. Cautiously turning the side of the building, she looked over at the cage of pups. Walking forward she emitted a light bark for them. She would take a pup maybe, which ever looked the strongest to her.
Pups
All the pups turned up their heads. Azin was the first to walk up to her. His long coat made him a cute puppy, but he did have a strong personality. He stood up with his paws on the side of the cage. Yellow eyes staring up to the females face. His tail wagged a little and he yipped. Hoping he would be taken.
Boki glared to Azin, Black coat stayed in the corner with his head up. He wasn't so sure of this animal. He didn't care much either.
Luxis's spotted fawn colored coat stood out from the rest. He had the most unique design. But he was quiet. He watched the female and wagged his tail only slightly.
Runi's white bod stood up and she joined her friend. She was huge for her age, though her dog breed blood helped with her height. She had the head of a wolf, but the boddy of a borzoi body. Her blue globes stared up to the female. Long thin tail wagged slightly, though she did not bark.
Sakora
Vix stopped as she stood above the opened cage, looking down at them, her interest was more on Azin and Boki, non of the others appealed to her. This first pup that had come up to the side of the cage, he reminded her of herself when she was small. Lowering her maw into the cage, she picked up Azin first, then Boki and sat them down infront of her. Then she quickly looked around and into the store window see if there was a human near. "What are your names little ones?"She asked curiously. Even though she had her cousin to watch over, she would gladly take care of a pup or two.
Azin .+. Boki
Azin puffed up his chest and gave a puppish bark. "My name is Azin! what's your?" Yellow pools fell soft and looked up to her. Though his stupid little grin didn't leave.
Boki grumbled on the ground then muttered. "My name is Boki." He stared emotionlessly at her. He wasn't much for words. Nor one for caring what others thought. The kinda layed back guy a lot of strange girls fall for.
Sakora
Vixen looked at the pups, a smirk on her maw as Azin replied to her, but curious orbs were more focused on Boki. "I'm Sakora." She answered him happily, "Well Azin, Boki, how would you feel about a life in the wild with me and my cousin Mystery?" She moved so she stood behind them, looking towards the alley from which she came.
Azin .+. Boki
Azin jumped and barked happily. "Better than this lousy place." He growled with his own annoyance. His fluffy tail stopped wagging and lowered his head turned to Boki. Wondering what he thought. He didn't mind Boki, they hadn't been together long enough to make any kind of connection.
Boki stared blankly up to her. Shruging and closing his eyes he muttered again. "I don't care." He looked to the side and waited.
Bonnie
An ebony and ivory cfemmora approached the cage after watching the others leave. She was collie, and lived at the Ranch, but she had always wished for a pup. Maybe she'd bring one home...
She saw the last two pups,a pup with a wolf head and borzoi body, and a fawn pup with black spots. Obvious some dalmation. She smiled and looked down at them. Hello, what are you're names? She asked kindly, on the lookout for unnessecary humans.
Runi .+. Luxis
Runi looked up through blue optics. Her wolf head let its tongue hang out a little. She sat with her tail wagging. " My name is Runi, What's yours?"
Luxis looked up to the dog and smiled slightly to her. Then walked up and placed his front paws on the side of the cage. "My name is Luxis" His tailwas wagging happily.
Bonnie
She smiled and lifted them out carefully by the scruffs.
I like you're names. I am Bonnie, and I want to know if you both want to live with me at the Ranch. Bonnie already liked the pups.
Sakora
She perked up slightly when the pet came near the crate of pups, her hackles raised and she began to growl. Stepping over the pups, she glared deffiantly at Bonnie, if she killed her, there would be none of her little farm friends to help her. But for now, she was just warning Bonnie that if she made one wrong move, Sakora would kill her.
Turning her attention back to the pups, not relaxing her herself, she tryed best she could to smile. "Come with me then." She wasnt sure that Boki would follow, so she picked him up gently and nuddede to Azin to follow her. They were going back to pikes lake with her where Mystery and Vindicated where.
Bonnie
Bonnie stayed quiet, watching Sakora carefully not making sudden moves. When the feminine left, Bonnie looked back at the remainder of the pups.
"
We're trying to prevent the wolves like her from killing us, our masters, and the livestock. Very important job, but it has rewards." She smiled at them again.
Boki .+. Azin .+. Luxis .+. Runi
Boki grumbled when he was picked up, but shruged slightly and just dangled. not giving a fight. Azin happily followed behind the female, eyes turning back to the two other pups. Wondering if he'd see them again. Then left.
Runi had the same thoughts as Azin, would they ever see each other again. Though her attention quickly went to the dog as she spoke of jobs. She smiled and wagged her tail. She was up to it. Though would she be accepted by these 'masters'? Luxis sat and wagged his tail. He was happy to have a saragant mother. Both waited to follow the dog. Happy to leave the stupid cage.
Bonnie
Bonnie watched their expressions.
"You probably will see them again, if a bounty wolf is raising them. " She said. "Ready to go?" She asked, walking off a bit and turneing to see if they followed. She was happy to see they were willing to go with the job.
Runi .+. Luxis
Runi, kept watching them then looked up to the dog and waited to be taken to the new home. Luxis smiled and rubbed his body around the forearms of the dog. Awaiting the leave.
Bonnie
Bonnie nodded.
Follow me. She said, heading towards the house
