Suicide .+. Alex

The stallions breath could be seen upon the morning air, sending streams of vapor from his nostrils. The black stallion moved through the foliage of the bog with ease, the rider upon his back riding confidently. As a bird took flight in his path, the black stallion skittered sideways with a sharp snort and the girls hand was placed against his massive neck. Calm down, love. Your ok. I know this is new. The raven haired beauty looked around the bog, her blue eyes taking in her surroundings carefully. She had decided today was a good day to take the great black stallion out into the open, let him see what life was like outside of the show arena. So far, it was going well even if he was skittery around all the scenery. Alex wasn't afraid. Sure, both her and he had been transferred here from France and yes, they were both city types and had never really SEEN the wilderness. But whats the worse that could happen?

Alex was beginning to realize the worst that could happen. They were lost. And going in circles. Ok, Suicide. I know we've see this particular tree. Alex looked around, spinning the large friesian in a circle to get a better look. Maybe we should this way.... The horse went willingly enough until they reached the water. Suicide came a to a halt with a snort and lowered his nostrils to the water, then snorted again nervously. I guess not... Murmered Alex, worry beginning to settle in her gut.

Navy

Navy and her golden mare trotted carelessly over the boggy terain. The mare pain no attention just padded along. Navy was always in the country but she was knew to this place and still didnt have anyplace to live which was pretty bad consitering that she was out for a ride rather then looking for a place to live. Navy was riding Wild Rose wentern today. The mare's head shot up as the sent of a stallion brushed under ner snout. The blonde look down to the mare then back up seeing another rider and horse who seemed stuck by the small water stream cutting through the terain. "Lets check it out Rose" she clicked her toung at the mare and she moved gracfully into a jog. "Hi, you trying to get across?" she asked slowly and riding up to the girl and stallion leaving enough space between the two horses. "City people" the mare snorted shaking her golden mane.

Alex

Her eyes lifted up to Navy and she gave a smile. Nah. He'll jump it. We're just... Kind of lost. She gave a soft laugh and ran her hand through her short cropped hair. Suicide pinned his ears back at the mare, giving a sharp snort. France and this... this place they are not the same! He flicked his full black tail smacking Alex's breeches clad legs. We just moved here around... Oh, a year ago. I've never been out and about, and my sister Toni wouldn't go riding with me. One thing led to another, and heh, here I am! Alex said in a cheerful voice, smiling at Navy. Pretty little mare you've got. Whats her name? Alex asked, ever the horse person. She loved the feel of a horses muscles bunching up beneath her legs, feel the power of the animal beneath her.

Navy

Navy patted the golden mare when she didnt flinch at the stallions reaction. She pushed her cowboy hat out of her eyes. "Yeah i used to ride these parts with my dad" she looked around the open clear land. "But since his death i moved back here and yeah im here riding and not looking for a place to live" she chuckled. Wild Rose just rolled her dark eyes at the mood stallion. "yeah yeah but still its a city, and look at you pfffff you dont belong her" the mare snorted back. Navy looked over at alex. "Im navy and this babe is wild rose" she clicked the mare right into the water and walked out on the other side.

Alex

Not about to be outdone, the friesian stallion moved through the water, his step tall and splashing water all about his underbelly causing the great stallion to snort. Water, water everywhere! he hissed softly under his breath, but loud enough for the mare to hear. Alex gave a soft laugh, her hands tangling into the stallions mane as he jumped onto the bank. Hes a bit... Finicky. My show horse, Suicide. When she heard Navy didn't have a place to live, she smiled. You could always come stay at the Castle. We don't mind people coming in and staying awhile, so long as they don't cause any trouble. She thought briefly of the strange man Jaiden who lived in their upstairs attic, with his dark brooding eyes and killer smile. she gave a quick shudder. He creeped her out, but she couldn't kick him out into the cold. Not until he gave her a reason.

Navy

The mare turned her sleek neck to see the stallion walking through the water and making a fuss about it. Aw poor baby she snorted tossing her mane again. She could tell that he didnt want to lose to a girl. Navy lounged back in the saddle lazily. She patted the mane again before looking to the stallion. "I can tell you don't see to many of those breeds around here" she fixed her hat again. "Really wow thanks its just until i can find a place to stay or rent" she smiled. Wild Rose couldnt help but taunt the stallion. And navy could sense that the mare wanted to run.

Suicide

Suicide pulled tightly on the reins as Alex laughed. I have a few.... Exotic... Breeds you could say. She gave another laugh. I have a few egyptian arabians in my barn, andalusians, this guy... I'm looking at getting connemara's next. She laughed. Then she gave another of her pretty smiles and said And its not a problem. I dno't mind you coming out and staying with us. The black stallion pawed the earth, sending leaves scattering. He wasn't the fastest horse in Alex's barn, but he had a big heart and never gave in. Stop. Murmered Alex. The friesian stallion was her three day eventer, built for dressage and used for jumping.

Navy

Navy played with the mares mane as she listened to Alex talk. " yeah i like them but its kinda hard cant really get breeds like them around here if been looking for some nice jumpers but in a place like this very rare" she nodded clickign the mare forward away from the edge of the water. "you have no idea how greatful i am ill give you money for room and board" she looked over at Alex. "I have a trailer over by the highway so we can head there load these guys i have all my stuff in there" she clicked the mare into a walk.

Alex

Alex smiled. Sure, that works. She nudged the stallion who leapt forward, following closely to Rose and Navy. Home? Home was good.
