Janaiya
Femmina creeps silently through the forest. She has already caught the scent of wolves nearby, mingled strangely with human and a sharp stinging scent. On the outer edges she pauses, staring at the creatures trapped behind long shining trees. Tilting her head in confusion, she slinks forward, taking refuge behind a stretch of high grass.
*Wolf-Dog*
A young hybrid had noticed the movements of the fae. He pressed his muzzle against the fencing of his kennel and peered out towards the grass where she hid. His feathery tail waived slightly before he gave a single, sharp bark to catch her attention. His tail and the backs of his forelegs had feathery-smooth fur. His coat had a reddish tint to it and looked more silky than a real wolf's coat would

Looks about for the sound of the bark and see's the young one who made it. Still wary of the human stentch she creeps slowly forth until she reaches the barier of the silver trees. The pup seems to be a half breed as well, due to his reddish hue, similar to her own. Fearing someone would hear her, though humans are deaf to ordinary wolf speach, she speaks silently. What is this place young one? It reeks of human. To emphasize her point she raises her lip in a nonthreatening grimace.
*Hybrid*
His tail waved faintly, very much pleased to have someone to talk too. "I don't quite know; I've only been brough here recently. But..." his pleasantly-toned voice dropped to one with hidden fear and anxiety, "They say it is the worst place in the world. I hear they torture wolves and dogs in that place." He looked directly at the Laboratory building. "I've heard cries and screams from that place, coming from canines." he shuddered and his tail stopped waving at that bit of information.
Janaiya
At these words she turns to the building, unable to help curling a lip back and flattening her ears. Thats terrible. I've heard of these places, but I thought they were just stories. She turns back to the pup, a welling of fear for him in her chest. Humans could not be so cruel as to hurt a pup, or any wolf. And yet, here was proof of the tales she had heard.
*Human & Pup*
He dips his head down a bit, "I wish my masters would come back and take me home."
The sound of approaching foot steps sounds, coming from just around the corner...

Femme favors the pup with a pitying look, then she freezes, hearing the footsteps of the approaching human. He carries that sharp stinging scent that surrounds the whole building. Perhaps I can help you. She says to the pup, then dodges around the opposite side of the silver trees, crouching down in the shadows.
*Pup & Human*
The human comes around the corner just too late to see the other hide behind the trees. He fiddles with the kennel latch before getting it open. He steps inside and the pup hunches his body down with his tail waving appeasinly in submission. The man slips a chain around the youngster's neck and proceeds to drag him from the kennel.
