*Humans*

A small car parks infront of the Laboratory. A young man gets out and lugs the unconscous Achia out of his back seat. He carries her over to the door of the building and sets her down as he raps on the door. Soon someone appears and the young man explains his story. The lab worker quickly realized the man thought it was a sanctuary of some sorts and played along with it. With a friendly smile and a goodbye, the kind man returned to his car, feeling very well about the 'good deed' he had done for this canine. He had been informed she'd be released into the wild once she was rehabilitated. That was not the case at all.

Once the man was out of sight, Achia was hauled off to one of the empty runs and locked in. The lab worker had only checked to make sure she was breathing and her heart was strong. That was all; he didn't care what had caused her to be in an unconscious state. If she woke up, she woke up.

Aicha

Aicha had begun to wake up as the young man carried her to the door of the lab. She recognized the outside faintly, having recued one of their captives. After a while, when the lab worker came in, she began to know that the thing poking around her were humans. The same kind she had just ran away from. They were all over the lands now. She didn't know she had ran into the city, so she had figured it was the man who came into the forest. She snapped at the lab worker, but was still to week to even break the skin. After a while though, she began to wake up, and ran around her run. Lipeds curled up and an empty growl erupted. She stared at the end she thought that the humans had brung her in by. But she was looking in the wrong side. She waited for the cage to be opened again to try and get away.

*Wolf*

A wolf was sitting in a kennel next to her's, watching as she began to wake up. One of his front limbs was held up slightly and a mangled, bloody paw showed why. A spatted trail of blood showed where he had paced around the front end of the kennel and where he had dug in vain against the cement. He watched as she stared the wrong way, but didn't mention anything about it as to not embarrass her. After a moment, the brute spoke up, "Taken from the wild?"

Aicha

Aicha had not given a moment to check up on her new surroundings. All she knew was that this was not the wild. Surely not. Never had she come across fences that blocked the way into the forest. There never was a space so small to run in. And never was and boundaries. She sighed and laid down, there were no apparent injuries upon her pelt, but hidden were deep gashes at her nape. The holes showing it to be that of another wolves mangeled jaws. Nigrescent nightingale studied the walls of her enclosure. She had tried to save the one named Larka from here, but it hadn't worked. The one thing that she remembered was the collar, that was how they kept her here. They wouldn't get a chance to stick one on her, she would make sure of it. Audits flicked forward as the low and futile notes of a brute struck her. One long row of glimmering canines was shown to him, but were retracted knowing that a fence seperated the two. Crania was placed down again upon her peds, and the reply was suttle. "Whats it to you?"

*Wolf*

He pulled his ears back slightly, but more in a disdainful way than anything. "Nothing really." he allowed a short pause before adding more words, "Just seems that you... well, haven't been around humans much? Or at least their structures." he figured this because, again, of how she was looking the wrong way.

Aicha

Aicha had no intent to compete for the highest rank in the kennel. Her idea of doing it that way was to get hands on action, not snap at each others snout and paws through a thick gait. It was not the way to do it. She wasn't surprised at his answer, it wasn't his business, at least he was one of the smarter ones. She had a few questions for him though, dial lifted, not paying much attention to the rest of his words but listening for they would play a part in her question. Low growl was emitted, not to challenge, but so that the humans would not notice the communication. "I never thought I would need to study these human cages. How long have you been here? What is your calling?" She took a moment, letting him reply to the questions, she expected answers to. She growled again, this time showing more aggresion, but it was just because of the type of question she planned to ask. "What are the going to do to me?"

*Raazon*

Every once in a while his eyes would flicker casually towards the Laboratory building and one of the doors that led to the kennels. A faint tinge of fear could be seen in the light orbs when ever the brute saw the silhouette of a human pass by the window; yet, a strange and even more subtle indication of hope seemed to banish when the form of a human didn't come out the door. "Well, for about two days." he said, returning his attention to Aicha and reply to her first question. "But to answer that fully, I've been here for many weeks in the past. And my name is Raazon, for short." His focus once more shifted to the door as she asked her next question though her intensified growl brough his focus right back to her, "It's hard to say, really. Be prepared for anything and everything. And know that it will be nothing good." Raazon replied, but decided to add more, "They may put hurting liquids into your eyes, or use their darts to put strange things into your body. They inflict disease and injuries for no apparent reason. But they always are doing different things; it's impossible to tell."

Aicha

Aicha had noticed as the odd wolf kept looking back towards the door. The fear in him, great enough to protrude through his outercore. She listened to all his answers, putting his name in a safe place and questioning to herself. If Raazon was short for something else, his name had to be long. She payed intent attention as he began to tell of what the humans used the wolves for. She turned, seeing the gate finally, and realizing she had been staring in the opposing direction. A human could have snuck unto her. She backed away from the gate, before settling down to rest, sleeping with alertness, auds cocked still listening.

*Raazon & Human*

Raazon watched her for a moment before retreating to the farthest end of his kennel. He plopped down and rested his head over his forelegs while his eyes watched his gate with a sleepy dullness.

After a long while, a human did appear from the door Raazon had been watching. The wolf had fallen into a deep sleep, still recovering from his recent and tramatic capture. The human passed by his cage without a glance in his direction. Aicha is who they wanted this time. The man slowly unlatched the gate and eased it open, then waited for Aicha's reaction. He had a noose-pole in one hand.

Aicha

Aicha had slept daintily, never drifting to far into slumber. She heard the gate squeak as it was opened, and lids shot open. Her hair shot up in aggresion, back arched, unsure of the long pole. Pistons brought her up quickly, and pushed her against the opposite walls of her enclosure. Since the humans had never had any experience with her when she was not sleeping, Aicha would take that to her advantage and surprise them with agility, and the ability to cook up strategy. At that moment she was already making a plan of how to spook the human, then maneuvering behind the pole to either get out of the gate, or mangle a leg or two. She snarled, and barked, warning Raazon to wake up, but never paid any attention to him. After all, he was the least of her problems at the moment.

*Human & Raazon*

The man entered the kennel and slid the gate closed behind him part way. As the man began to approached Aicha, he held out his free hand to catch her attention with, or at least try to.

Raazon roused at the sound of the warning and flickered his eyes to the man. Almost groggily he stood as his hackles rose slowly, "Filthy beasts." he muttered under his breath of the man while watching both canine and human. His eyes were attent and lively although his body seemed more or less with little energy. "Watch that other hand, the pole! If he gets that around your neck, you're done." Raazon warned.
