Autumn and Winter

Autumn, the tiger cub, stumbled along the path to the woods. They had originally belonged to the circus, but it had burned down and they were the only two who had survuved it. She smelled food and rawr-ed softly to Winter, her sister. She stopped and stood in the clearing, observing the area.

Winter followed behind her "sister" casually, but then said, "Autumn, I don't think this is a good idea. This place is... creepy." She knew her words wouldn't change her mind, but when they got into the clearing, she shivers and lies down. Autumn does the same. They look around. There weren't any dogs chained up near them, but they could see a large tower. They would be easy targets and a nice prize from there.

Sasha

Female wolf had finally awaken and was growling deeply then she saw two little cubs and she lunged at them threw the fence not trying to get them trying to make them scared and run off from this place. She snarled and bared her fangs

Eowyn:She awoke her brother and sister were gone and she whined. She saw the cubs and knew they were sisters and that made her miss her siblings. She howled.

Autumn and Winter

Autumn got up quickly. Then she saw that they could get her and she rawr-ed quite loudly, thinking that their howls were a game. She then saw a pinecone and pushed it around with her little paws.

Winter stood in front of her sister, hoping to protect her. Then she realized that they couldn't escape. She said to Autumn, "Look what you got me into!" She knew Autumn wouldn't care; she wasn't even old enough to understand Winter's words. They look at eachother and get close together. hen they stand up and look around.

*Human*

It wasn't long at all before two humans appeared. After hearing the commotion, they peered out a window and spotted the tiger cubs. Working swiftly, they each grabbed up a noose pole and headed outside.

"What are tigers doing here?" The man questioned, furrowing his brows as he and the other human advanced on the tigers.

"Well, you know there was that attack a few months back, where several cats got loose... oh, and there was that one that burned down. Or of course, they could have escaped from a breeder." The woman replied, thinking up the most logical reasons for the tigers' presence.

Moving slowly as to hopefully not frighten the cubs away, the two humans came very near, then crouched down. "Here kitty, kitty, kitty...." They both called, in crooning tones. In reality, they saw Autumn and Winter as a nice money reward.

Sasha

Eowyn and sasha both snarle and charge the fence as two humans come out.Their fangs bared they had not clue where there brother/son and sister/daughter were and were mad.

Autumn

Autumn bounded up to the humans and started to paw them, wanting to play.

Winter hung back until she saw what Autumn did and rawr-ed loudly to the humans and stood by her sister, wanting to play as well.

*Humans*

The man glared back at the wolves, "Shut up!" He snarled out, then turned back to the kittens. Moving swiftly, the man struck his hands out and tried to grab Autumn by the scruff when she came near.

The lady moved foward, patting her hands on the cold cement, trying to get Winter to come closer to her. "Here kitty kitty, come play..."

Autumn and Winter

Autumn was caught by the scruff. She rawr-ed happily, thinking that this was a game.

Autumn ran up to the other human, hoping that she could have fun like Autumn was having. She yawned, then put her paws on the humans lap.

Sasha

She snarled and ran at the fence fangs bared. Her tai l held high she wanted her son and daughter back.

eowyn:She too ran at the fence.

*Humans*

The one human held tightly to Autumn. The other reached forward swiftly when Winter came forward. The human tried to grab her scruff as well, and hoist the kitten up from the ground so that those little claws wouldn't have anything to swing at.

Autumn and Winter

Autumn started licking his hand, wanting food, like milk.

Winter got grabbed and smelled the human's hand, seeing if she had food as well.

Sasha

She snarled madly and continued running at the fence.

*Humans*

They quickly carried the two cubs to the nearest kennel and tossed them in. They also tossed a bit of kibble and cubed meat in, not sure what stage of food the felines were at. Then they headed away. A tigeress would soon be joining the two cubs; a tiger that had escaped from a circus during the summer and had been subsciquently caught.

A long-legged hound stuck his nose against the fence which the cubs were in, "Why, what strange cats you are!" He exclaimed, with a long, drawn-out accent.

Autumn and Winter

Autumn rawr-ed loudly and started to eat the meat.

Winter sighed and said, "Yeah, we're tigers... What are you?"

*Humans* & Chahaya

The hound sniffed lightly at the tigers through the fence, then withdrew his snout and shook his head, "Well, what ever you are, you're sure different." He plopped down then, feeling the bite of cold air rush through his kennels. The wind howled loudly around them, dropping the temperature swiftly.

The two tigers were ignored for the rest of the day, and little human activity could be seen. But the following moring, a large truck pulled up to the building and a man got out. After unlocking a crate in the back, he lead a large siberian tigeress out. There was a thick chain about her neck, and she didn't fight the human that lead her. She had been raised in captivity, and had grown to be submissive towards them; in most cases.

The tigeress was lead towards the kitten's cage, where the chain was slipped off her neck and she was put into the enclosure with them. There wasn't a whole lot of room now, with an adult tiger in there, but it'd have to work for now.

Chahaya watched as the humans left, then turned her icy-gray eyes to the kittens. She reached out a clawless paw and batted at Autumn, "Where did you two come from?" She had little maternal instinct right now, so her reaction to the kittens was a mixture of curiousity and uncertainty.

Autumn and Winter

Autumn sqeualed with delight and started to pounce on her paw that pawed her. She wanted to play. She cocked her head.

Winter, being the smarter one, smiled and said, "We were in a circus, but there was a fire and our mom died in it, so now we're here." She sighed and closed her eyes, trying to remember her. Then she opened them and smiled at Autumn.

Sasha

Fetal snarled she was in the cage next to the tigers."Yeah well you two must be really dumb for cubs if you wondered this way for you might not like it here "She growled baring her fangs. She was still mad about loosing her daughter and son

eowyn:She groiwled.

Chahaya

Chahaya pulled her paw back suddenly, not expecting it to be played with by the cub. She blinked in confuse at the two little bodies, her mind struggling with what to think of them as. Prey? ....kittens? But something of a maternal instinct stirred when they mentioned a mother, and then the familiarity of the circus. Luckily for them, Chahaya's little mothering skills won out over her prey instincts. A paw was stuck out again to bat at Autumn, this time initiating playful intentions. "You were in a circus? I'm sorry to hear about your mother..." Chahaya shook her head, "The humans are cruel. But I could be your mother now, right?"

The tigeress turned sharply on Sasha now, her ears planing out and her lips writhing back to reveal the long, curved ivories. "Speak for yourself! It looks as though we're all in the same predicament."

Autumn and winter

Autmn cried out in glee and pounced at her tail, because it was moving. Then she laid down and watched everything going on.

Winter nodded and said softly, "It's ok.." Then she said eagerly, Really?! That would be so nice of you!" She ignored the wolf and smiled at Chahaya. Then she sat down and sighed, not liking being chained up.

Chahaya

The tigeress smiled happily, reaching her heavily muzzle forward to give each of the cubs a lick. Her tail flicked a bit, offering Autumn more to play with.

"Perfect! My mate will hopefully bring us back something. If he can figure out where we are..." She pointed out, turning her gaze to the woods. Guntur was out in the wild somewhere, and unfortunately, had no clue where Chahaya had been taken too.

She looked back to Winter now, "Do you have your claws still? If there's one thing I'll promise, it's that I'll keep those stupid humans from taking your claws." She vowed, looking to the cub's paws. She remembered the agonzing pain it brought to have her precious talons removed, and how she ached to have them back and be able to feel her world with them.

Autumn and Winter

Autumn squealed with delight and tried to pounce on it again, her total attention on it.

Winter flexed her paw and claws came out. She smiled and felt sorry for her. She couldn't imagine life without her claws.

Chahaya

Chahaya smiled, but with a longing sort of gaze when she saw the tiny claws. "That's good to see. And as I promised, I will make sure they stay that way." The tigeress flexed her weaponless paws, a habbit that she had adopted, like many declawed cats. While she spoke, her tail swatted around this way and that, providing Autumn with plenty of amusement.

"How would you like it if I broke out of here and took you two into the wild? We could meet all sorts of different cats out there!" She marveled, her eyes growing wide with wonder, like an excited kitten. Still, she knew just how difficult escaping could be. One of her ears was permanently floppy after a particularly heavy beating she took during an attempted escape.

Autumn and Winter

Autumn continued to play, thrilled. She jumped this way and that, and watched it, her pupils growing wide. She pounced and rawr-ed, showing her pleasure.

Winter cocked her head and thought. "That would be fun! But what about the humans? I thought that they wanted to keep us safe.." She looked at Chahaya with curiosity.

Chahaya & Guntar

Chahaya shook her head sadly, "I don't think they really do. They keep us here to make themselves happy. They..." The tigeress trailed off, seeing a large, familiar shape slinking towards them. "Guntar!" She cried happily, standing up quickly and pressing her massive head against the fencing.

Guntar did his best to nuzzle his mate through the wire, then looked to the cubs. "You... huh?"

Chahaya laughed, "They aren't mine, Sweety. They're from a circus as well!" The tigeress turned about, pawing at Autumn playfully, showing off to her mate. "Aren't they wonderful?"

He nodded, grinning a bit at the two little ones. "I guess. But it'd be more wondeful if you three were out here, with me." He pointed out, looking at the enclosure.

Autumn and Winter

Autumn let out a rawr to Guntar and then started to pounce on Chahaya's paw, and started to nibble on it playfully.

Winter smiled to Guntar. She stepped close to him. "I'm Winter, and my little sister is Autumn." She cocked her head and smelled him. He smelled of the wild.

Chahaya & Guntar

" Nice to meet you, Winter, Autumn." Guntar smiled, then turned his gaze upward. "Well then, lets get you three out! The tiger brought his forepaws against the fencing, stretching out so that he reached just a few feet short from the top. Chahaya did similarly, reaching up as high as she could on the inside of the cage.

Knowing the jumping prowess of tigers, the humans had put them in a cage that had fencing over the top of it. But as the two tigers exaimed the top, they noticed a hole. "Ah, you little ones should be able to fit through that.." Chahaya looked down to Winter, "Jump on my head, then I'll lift you as high as I can, so you can try to reach the hole."

Guntar glanced back to the human building, knowing at any minute the humans could come out and ruin the whole escape.

Autumn and Winter

Autumn tilted her head, slightly confused. She sat and whimpered.

Winter started to climb Chahaya. She didn't want to use her claws. She quickly made it up to her head.

Chahaya & Guntar

Chahaya stood as tall as she could, stretching out her feline body so that Winter was brought close enough to the top where she could jump and reach the hole. "Try to jump or climb for the hole! Guntar will be there for you to land on, if you need." She said, although it wasn't a terribly long fall for a cat to make anyway. Hearing Autumna's whimper, Chahaya began to flick her tail around, trying to offer the young one something to play with and distract her for the moment.

Guntar stood just below the hole, ready to make himself into a platform for the kitten to land on. His eyes looked from Winter back to the building, thinking that he heard someone coming...

Autumn and Winter

Autumn paced around and rawr-ed sadly. What was happening to her sister? She stood up against the fence, trying to get out as well.

Winter jumped and let the air take her. She felt the cold, whipping breeze at her stomach as she stretched out to land on her feet. After safley landing, she stood next to Guntar for warmth.

Chahaya & Guntar

Guntar looked down with relief at the kitten, then looked to Chahaya and Autumn, "Alright, now it's her turn..." But a creak of a door opening, following by a loud 'BANG' as it was slammed against the wall, alerted the tiger of trouble. He human was racing out with some sort of short, metal stick in his hand... Knowing plenty about guns and shocking devices, Guntar grabbed Winter by the scruff and bounded away before the approaching man could do anything to stop him.

But now he slowed down as he reached Chahaya's kennel, cursing loudly when he saw the hole in the top. He stuck the shiny metal stick, which was actually a high-toltage cattle prod, at both Autumn and Chahaya, trying to get them away from the front of the fence.

Chahaya roared at the sudden pain, drawing back from the human and baring her long fangs at him.

Autumn

Autumn cried out as she ran to the back of the fence and curled up there. she was confused. What was going on? She whimpered.

Chahaya & *Humans*

Two more humans came out, each one carrying the electric prods with them. But one human had a large chain with him as well. They slowly opened the gate of the kennel and moved in. Chahaya stood protectively over Autumn, hissing and rumbling at the humans. But after a good shock to her flank, the tigeress quit her protests. She had been through this countless times already. With her good ear pinned down in aggrivation, she allowed the chain to be slipped around her neck. Unable to rebel, unless she wished for some painful shocks, Chahaya allowed herself to be led from the kennel. One of the humans tried to pick Autumn up by the scruff...

Autumn

Autumn cried out in confusion. She raced about the cage. She ran in between the humans legs and ran aorund the cage. She cried loudly.

Chahaya & *Humans*

The human cursed, scrambling around as he tried to pick up the wild kitten. "Stay still!" He growled out, trying to catch her anywhere now, whether it be by the tail, ear, leg, or whatever.

Chahaya stopped abrutply, her large size almost jolting her handler to the ground. Hissing angrily, she began to move back to the cage where she heard Autumn crying. Her maternal instincts were growing stronger and stronger, and she would tolerate 'her' little cub to be hurt. But before she had gone far, a stunning shock was sent to her back as a high-voltage cattle prod was pressed there. The tigeress roared at the pain and half fell over from the shock. She tried to swipe the prod away, but only got another shock for it, which sent her fully to the ground. She was helpless to save Autumn from the human.

Autumn

Autumn still continued to run about wildly. A few moments later she ran into the human's leg. She sat there, stunned, because her head hit him. She heard Chahaya and called out loudly.
