Human
The human brought Taipa to the Mill and shoved her in. He put a little food and water. He cut a little of her skin open. The liquid he had injected should be able to heal it quickly.
Taipa
Taipa regained herself as the crate thumped to the ground, and let out a low whimper as she felt a slice along her side, flinching away automatically. But, to her amazement, the wound began to heal before her eyes. After a few minutes, the little nick was gone completely. She gazed up at the man, confusion in her eyes.
Human
"Your Father will be here soon, pup." He said quickly, and walked away.
Human
The same man brought Darkeyes to the mill where Taipa was. He took the translator off and let him go. The man would prove to Darkeyes that he wasn't joking about the liquid.
Darkeyes*Taipa
Darkeyes came out of his crate peacably enough, nuzzling his daughter affectionately. He looked up at the human, half confusion, half a thanks.
Human
He let them heal for a couple of days. Then he let put them in two crates and drove off to the tall grass prairie.
Darkeyes*Taipa
They rode tamely in the crate, wondering where they were going.
