The small Italian greyhound was sniffing around the outside of the large place.Her tail between her legs. She was scared. She had been abused by humans.She had a small scar over her eye like the one on the lion scar from the lion king

She was so happy, so very happy. Soaking wet, but happy. She ran up the steps, but halted when she saw that of a dog sniffing around the edges. She came back down into the pouring rain, and held out her hand. Hey, baby doll. Its not so nice out here, why don't you come inside with me, huh? Her short, choppy black hair was plastered to her face, but she gave a smile. A very happy smile. She had all of her plants, and as soon as the rain let up she was going to begin gardening. I'm Toni, love. Whats your name, huh?

Haily

The dog whimpered as teh human came close. Her tail kept tight under and she shivered in the cold.

Toni

Hey now baby, no fear. I'm your friend. She dug into her pocket, grabbing out a dog treat. With a new puppy inside, she always had them on her. Come here, so I can take you inside with me. Don't want a pretty girl like you getting lost or sick, now do we? She asked softly.

Haily

She sneezed but watched her and then slowly and very hesitantly she approached the girl.

Toni

She made no sudden movements, but still held out the treat. Come on, puppy. We'll go inside and get you some food, huh? She took a step forward, arms outstretched to Hailey.

Haily

The young female dog sniffed the girl and then attempted to snatch the treat.He tail still under her.

Toni

As the treat was taken, she gave a smile. Good dog. She rested a hand lightly on the italian greyhounds head, then slid a gentle hand beneath her. Her hands were soft and easy, and she began to carry Hailey up the stairs. Opening the door and closing it behind her, she set Hailey down inside. Sorry, baby. I didn't want to be out there any longer. Go ahead and play, theres a cat and a puppy runnin' around somewhere.

She padded around as soon as she was done.She immediatly went searching.
