Ethan

Pulling into the drive, Ethan and Bonnie were followed by Meservea. The King Hound jogged briskly after the truck, tail wagging and tongue lolling out.

Ethan stepped out of the truck and hurried over to open the door for Bonnie, as was his costum. "I'm sure your dogs will be more than happy to see your return."

Bonnie

Bonnie stepped out of the truck and looked around. Right away, Amber and the rest of the pack ran to greet her with wagging tails. Amber happily petted all the dogs before taking another look around. Andrea walked up now, with Sophia at her side. "Bonnie! You're back!" Andrea called out, hugging her twin sister. Knowing that Bonnie wasn't much for hugs, she quickly pulled herself away. "Some wild animals invaded but we fought them off. And don't worry - all your animals are fine." She informed. Bonnie simply shrugged. "As long as they didn't hurt my pack, I'm fine." She replied.

Ethan & Tom

Phew, so that whole issue was dropped. Now he didn't feel so bad about not mentioning the earlier fight with the wild pack. As he watched her great Andrea and her dogs, an old van came rolling down the lane.

It was Tom, arriving with Tidus's two fighters, as well as Salsa. "Everyone is finally coming home!" Ethan exclaimed, moving quickly towards the van and scooping Salsa out from the passenger seat.

Tom stepped out and headed over towards the others, "Well, you must be Bonnie? Pleasure to meet you, I'm Tom." He greeted, in a friendly tone as he extended a hand to shake with the woman.

Salsa

Salsa yelped slightly but licked at ethans face just glad to see he was still alive her tail wagging and flopping aroun.d

Saluki mean while heard commotion and started to snarl and bite at anything she could get at.

Insanity she pawed at the van.

Temptation

Treasure looking orbs turned to the vehicles as they approached. Stepping back but standing her ground as the humans came to view. Her tail gave meager wags. Timid body posture as she slowly neared. Though she kept herself low. She was risking becoming a fighter, and she heard the angry cries of those in the van.

Staying a good ten feet from the humans, the wolf whined pathetically and lowered to the ground. Her tail furiously lashing out behind her. If they grew closer she would role over, but too close and she'd run away. She wasn't stupid, she knew what humans could do with wild animals.

Bonnie/Tahti

Bonnie smiled when she saw Tom and shook his hand. "Good to meet you." She said plainly. Amber sat down next to her master and watched Tom. He was a stranger. She didn't know if he was good or bad. But if he tried anything, she'd be ready.

Tahti crawled up next to Temptation, wagging her bushy tail. She whined along with the wolf. Her head was held low in a submissive posture. If this plan was to work, she had to make them trust her.

Ethan & Tom

After greeting Bonnie, Tom looked to Tahti and Temptation, "Those pets of yours?"

Laughing a little, he continued to hold Salsa as she licked his face, "Ok, ok, I'm glad to see you too." As Tom brought up a question, Ethan looked to the coyote and wolf, furrowing his brows in thought. "The coyote isn't, I know. But the wolf...?" He didn't recal seeing a creature like her with Bonnie's pack before. If anything, he could use two more fighters.

Tom fixed his sights on the two canines, trying to assess their worth. Remembering the little incident with Aralyn last winter, he decided to let Ethan take charge of the creatures this time.

Salsa

The wolf who was now 5 years old howled and continued licking. She knew that fighting snarl but ignored it her tail wagging.

Bonnie/Tahti

Bonnie looked at Tahti and Temptation carefully. She was always nervous around wild animals. She knew what they were capable of. Even though these ones seemed kind, she still would use caution. "I've never seen either of those before." She quickly said.

Andrea held her rifle, just in case the creatures should attack. She held out one hand to the canines, clicking her tongue and speaking softly. "Here, pups..." She said in a quiet, kind voice. Tahti stood up and pranced around as she had seen the tame dogs do. The one-eyed coyote excitedly moved closer to the girl, licking her hand. Andrea smiled, but wasn't completely satisfied with the canine. She would have to go through a few tests before she could be trusted.

Temptation

As the human knelt down to call the wild canines, Temptation rolled onto her back and wagged her tail submissively. Showing no aggression to any around her and ducking her head to the pets. Oh how she despised them, but she wouldn't hurt them, at least not yet.

Giving off a whine she looked up at Ethan and Bonnie. Golden eyes gleaming.

Ethan & Tom

Temptation's actions were watched closely by both Ethan and Tom, though Ethan was more concerned with Bonnie's safety than anything. "Neither appear to be fit for fighting. But," A smile spread across his face, "Maybe you'll be getting a wolf sooner than you thought." He suggested with a look to Bonnie.

"What about the coyot'? We don't have any need for one of those." Tom brought up, watching Tahti as Tommy's offspring seemed to hover around her. Instead of waiting for a reply, he answered his own question, "We'll wait and see what Ben has to say. Maybe he's got an idea."

"Speaking of, you should check on him." Ethan responded, his tone growing a bit more serious.

"Maybe you should check on Mikhail, Ethan." He didn't like receiving orders from anyone else, and he was on edge anyway.

"Me? I've..." Ethan attempted to protest, but Tom pulled rank on him.

Not wanting to get anywhere near the Russian right now, assuming he must be more paranoid than ever with his injuries, Tom wasn't about to head out that way, "Like you said, I ought to check on Ben. You can take care of Bakunin."

For the sake of saving face, Ethan quelled his frustration as he watched Tom get back in the Van and drive around to the back of the house where most of the kennels were. Finally setting Salsa down, he looked sheepishly to Bonnie, "I'm sorry to be rushing around, but I have to check on a friend. Would you like me to drive you home?"

Bonnie

Bonnie watched the wild canines and found that she was smiling. How could she like a wild animal? Somehow, she was just attracted to their friendly behavior. Andrea looked up at her sister. "I think we should make sure they're safe first." The girl suggested, taking the words right out of Bonnie's mouth.

Bonnie listened to Ethan and Tom's discussion, but kept her eyes on Tahti and Temptation. Then, at Ethan's question, she turned around. Home was definitely not a place she wanted to be right now. Not with those freaks living next door. "I'd rather come with, if that's alright." Her fear was evident, even though she tried to hide it. Andrea stood up and looked at her sister, then at Ethan. Where Bonnie went, Andrea went.

Salsa

She whined as she was put down but sat up ad stayed by ethan.

the two other wolves in the van snarled.

Ethan & Tom

There was clear hesitation written in Ethan's expression, and he fumbled for an excuse not to bring her. Not that he didn't want too, but... he himself was afraid to go over there right now, and the presence of a stranger would only hieghten Mikhail's paranoia. Little did he know that Amber wished to come as well. Then he heard the fear in her voice, and felt compelled to protect her. The last thing he wanted was to drop her off at let the Akatsuki gang attack her when he was out on the other side of the Valley and unable to help.

"You can come." He replaced the smile on his face now, though it wasn't quite as bright as before. "Hopefully this won't take too long." Ethan explained as he walked back to his vehicle, opening the passenger door for Bonnie.

Salsa

She whined and followed. He was leaving so soon? Her tail dropped as she looked up at ethan her wolf face just staring at him.

Bonnie

Bonnie silently got into the vehicle. Andrea looked from Bonnie to Ethan. "I go where my sister goes." She said, stepping into the back seat of the vehicle. Bonnie looked back at her twin sister, and then to Ethan. "I'm ready to go." She said quietly and timidly.

Amber watched her master leave, then turned to Salsa. "You can come to my house while you're waiting for your master to return." She offered. "We're heading out that way right now."

Ethan

Andrea's words stopped him dead in his tracks, and he spun around to protest. But she was already getting into the vehicle. Oh great, this was getting worse by the second... and it would only get worse when he found that Mikhail currently had a hostage at his house. He would have told Andrea to stay, but knew that would not be the chivalrous thing to do.

Forcing a smile through the impending dread and anxiety, Ethan remained more quiet than usual as he started up the vehicle and drove off to Mikhail's.

Salsa

She watched him leave and then nodded to amber. It wouldn't be safe for salsa to be around her not at this point in time.

Amber

Amber nodded to Salsa and then walked away, hoping the wolf would follow. Wolfe trailed after his pack leader, as well as Lupe and Sean. Tahti remained where she was. If she wanted to gain the humans' trust, she'd have to be obedient.
