Koda

the desperate she-wolf lurks behind the cows downwind so they could not catch her scent. she notices a sign of injury and one and quickly advances quietly.

*Cow*

The cows graze lazily on the grass. The one you spotted had been injured after falling down onto locust thorns, and had a few of these large thorns still embedded into her side and one front leg. Being a few inches long, these thorns had torn some of her muscles so that she had a hard time walking.

None of the cows have spotted you yet, but be careful... they could turn and attack you.

Koda

The she wolf sneaks behind the injured cow and lunges at the flank. if she makes contact she sinks in her teeth with her bone crushing jaws.

*Cows*

The cow cries out and whirls around to try and catch you with its horns. But with its swollen, injured leg, it couldn't turn quick enough and ended up stumbling and falling to the ground.

Two cows nearby rushed at you though, to help the wounded cow. They dip their heads down and swing them towards you! If you don't move, they'll catch you on one of their horns!

Koda

The lone she wolf is startled by the unexpected helpers and gets hit by their head, narrowly missing a horn. Whimpering, she regains her balance and quickly pounces on the fallen cow and tears at its flesh with her bone crushing teeth. she rips away her blood colored jaw and turns to the two again, ready to run if they strike again.

*Cows*

The wounded cow struggle to get up, but find that it cannot with its wounded leg. It can't defend itself from Koda's attack, and its flesh was torn into again. If it took more bites like that, the cow could die of shock, or blood loss.

The other cows were ready to give up yet. One of them snorts and lowers its head. It rushes you once more, ready to catch you with its horns.

The other cow stands hesitantly. The scent of blood was making it nervous.

Koda

The she wolf had been ready for the attack and so got out of the way fast enough. again she launched herself onto the cow, reaching for its neck, going for the special spot. if she connects she bites down hard and rips apart its flesh.

*Cows*

One of the cows gets too frightened and runs off.

The wounded one cannot move quick enough to avoid your next attack, and his neck was torn deeply. Though the creature had a thick neck, your fangs still reached a vital vein, and the cow soon bled to death.

Just as you had lunged at the wounded cow to kill it, another cow that had rushed you before, makes a third charge. Before you have the chance to get away, his large head slams against your side, and one horn pierces your flank. Luckily, the horn hits nothing vital, and you are thrown to the ground. Before the cow charges at you again, he suddenly stops and looks back to realize the other cow had died. Giving a frustrated snort, the creature slowly backs off, shaking his head now and then to threaten you. Then, he turns and runs toward the rest of the cows.

Koda

The wounded she-wolf goes toward her kill limping with pain in every step. she begins to eat what she can and will take what she can to the cashes.
