Ayla soon arrived at the zoo, being carried in a small pet carrier. Being a predator as she was, they couldn't put her in the main enclosure. Instead, they went to the attached building that was meant for raptors. She was released into the appropriate enclosure, and was currently the only resident in the entire aviary.

After she settled down in her new home, they would release some prey for her.

Ayla flew off to the nearest thing she could land on, a fake branch. She puffed herself up. She flew around, looking at her new home. She rather liked it here. It gave her a wave of peace and tranquility. She hooed loudly, seing if there was anything else in here. When she heard nothing, she groomed herself. She was rather hungry.
