The male wolf slinks by the cages, staying within the cover of the surrounding trees. He gazes at all of the dogs, feeling a slight pity for them all being cooped up. He sits and watches them, curious.

A female dog; a husky / collie mix with black and silver fur and light blue eyes suddenly stands up, sniffing the air with her long thin muzzle outward. Her tail waivers slightly and she presses her muzzle against the fence, trying to reach farther for the scent. "Wolf!" she yips, sending the other dogs into a frenzy of barking and yowling. "Wolf! Wolf! Wolf!" they send the message. Many growl while others cower and hide. Some, like the female stand anxiously awaiting the creature to appear. Finally, a lady comes out and puts a lease on the female dog. "Is it time for your walk? You always start such a commotion." the human sighs and opens the door, then leads the dog down a path into the woods, nearly being dragged the whole way. The female dog tries to follow your scent...

Peregrine panics, not wanting to lead the dog to his territory, and not wanting to fight. As they near, he gives a warning bark and springs back, then runs off a few yards, and turns to glare at the dog with his fur raised.

The young male stands many yards away. When he sees the dog, his eyes light up. But the human makes him edgy. "Come with me." he pleads and takes a few steps forward.

She looks from Peregrine to Cedar. Peregrine looked scared and threatening, but Cedar seemed nice. The dog suddenly lunges forward and the lease falls from the human's hand. She bounds over to Cedar, bumping up against him playfully, then races off, but stops to let Cedar lead the way.
