Eileen

Eileen parked in front of the station. She opened the back door and pulled the criminals out of the car. "Don't do any of that flippin' around stuff or things are going to get very hard for you." She warned as she led them into the building. She'd put them in a holding cell until they could get an interrogator in here. She walked down the hallway and opened a cell door. She shoved Kakashi into this one. Then she opened another cell door and shoved Neji in. She knew it wasn't a good idea to have them in the same place at the same time.

Kakashi & Neji

Kakashi went without a fuss. He glared at her lightly.He growled as she just left the cuffs on him. He wanted to cover his left eye up.He snorted.

Neji:He was just a kid and already sitting in a jial cell.He just sat in a corner.

Mary Hassfort

A few hours after the two arrived, an ACPD officer came down the hall, walking briskly. Locks of sandy-blonde hair bounced with her stride, and more than once she had to sweep a stray bang from her face.

"Akatsuki... well, that'd didn't take long." Mary chuckled, as she stood in front of Kakashi's cell, a hand on her hip as her light brown eyes studied man. "If I didn't know better, I'd say you had something against Sohmers?" An eyebrow went up in speculation, but the officer went on before Kakashi had the chance to reply, "This is your second strike, Kakashi. And for attacking an officer. Now, you know you have Lauren's word, but we're still going to have to come up with a good enough reason to set you free." She explained, speaking quickly, "Self defense ought to work nicely. Explain exactly what happened, and well go from there."

Kakashi

his eyes had shut and then opened at the foot falls. He listened to her and then grined. Whats to explain? I got bored so me and my friend went to his house. I had a reprimission if you want to call it that. I remembered it was he who gave me this cursed scar on my eye so I wanted to have fun. so i made hime come out. I held a kunai to his throat then he knocked me out and neji threw a kunai into his foot.

Neji:He listened to them down in his cell

Mary Hassfort

Listening to the account, Mary almost laughed as she shook her head, "Well, that was right to the point, wasn't it? You know that you can't repeat that story to the judge." She explained, while going over things in her head. Clever eyes roved over the various bruises on his face, as well as impression marks along his neck. "I'm sure that I can come up with a convincing story to account for your alleged assault on Sohmers, but now I need to know about Vance. What exactly did she do?" Ryan would be easy to fault in this case, given his tendancy to lose his temper. But Vance... she wasn't quite so sure about her. She needed something to go on.

Kakashi

He listened and smirked.Sasuke Killed Jake Vancehe said quietly.

Neji listened.

Mary Hassfort

This was new information to her, and she was quick to jump on it, "Alright, I think I can work with that." Mary dropped her head slightly, brows creased in thought as she paced back and forth between the cells.

When her story was ironed out in her mind, Mary stopped and lifted her head, "Both of you, listen up. Kakashi, you were going to Sohmer's house to appologize and make amends with him. Neji, you followed along for support. But as soon as you got there, you were jumped by Ryan - he lost his temper and jumped to conclusions. You were shot and beat to the ground. And of course, you fought back - in self defence. Neji came to your aid, stabbing Ryan in the foot."

She looked hard to Kakashi and Neji before going on, "Despite your best efforts, Ryan had the gun and he beat you down. And then he calls in Eileen for support, since she also holds a grudge against you. However, you cannot mention the death of Jake Vance - for all we know, he was killed by someone else. But Eileen needs someone to hold responsible, so she sides with Ryan and takes her anger out on you two." Mary shifted her eyes back to Kakashi, "You got all of that? It was self-defense, pure and simple. You two were the victims."

Kakashi & Neji

He didn't like that but it was the only way they could get out with out a big deal.He just nodded.His red eye staring at her.

Neji:he grunted blank white eyes staring at her and then to his bullet wound.

Mary Hassfort

A less than pleasant smile creased her face, "Good, I will report this back to the judge and you two should be free within the next hour or two."

The Akatsuki members were left alone again. But Mary was true to her word, and within the hour, she was back at their cells. "Good news, boys. I'm happy to report that your story passed. But there are two conditions to your release... one, Lauren expects some extra money on your next payment. Secondly, if you keep up this fued with Ryan and Eileen, it is going to cost more on your part to keep you out of jail." Mary explained, before drawing out the key and unlocking their cells, "Other than that, have a nice day. You can pick up your belongs at the front desk."

Kakashi

His lip twitched angerly but didn't speak. Oh they would pay her extra but she couldn't stop the feud..he walked out pulling his mask over his left eye.
