Arsenic

Arsenic’s black fur shown in the moon light as she traveled from shadow to shadow. There was no real reason for being here, she just didn’t exactly know where here was. The faint smell of other wolves drifted to her sensitive nose and she stopped short. Was this place a pack territory? Remembering her manners she walked to the bridge where the smell started and sat at its edge. She would not cross through this territory unless permission was granted. If her Evil grand father had taught her anything, it was to respect packs and there space.
With a fluid movement she tilted her muzzle towards the sky and let out a long and eerie howl. There was a good chance that any human in the area would hear it and run in fear. But any wolf would be able to hear its submission and offer of peace.
She ended her song and waited patently her dark orbs scanning the area for a sign of movement. Her scars were barely visible in the night, and she hoped that it would keep others from knowing her true fighting nature.

Martinika

Martinika, a young hybrid caiman who lived in the area with her human masters, happened to hear the wolf's call. Not many wolves lived here; the bridge was dominated by human gangs and there was little food or shelter for canines. The caimans, though, who naturally live in rivers, thrived here, swimming downstream only for food.

Martinika crossed the bridge and stood a few feet from Arsenic. "Be careful, little wolf. It's dangerous here." She taunted, a snarky grin on her face.

Arsenic

An over exaggerated laugh escaped Arsenic’s maw. Danger was never a thing she worried about. It seemed stupid to waste away the days afraid and worried that something could happen. Never was it a top priority to worry over being careful and watching her step.

I’m sorry Reptile. But I am impervious to the world’s tricks and it is not I who should be watching out.
Her words were sharp and spoken from anger. But she could not dwell on the caiman for long before, the smell of smoke wafted over to her nose, but this was no smoke from a fire. This was the smoke from the white things the humans puffed from time to time. She began to snarl and her bleach white teeth appeared as she crouched into a battle stance.
Humans…” The word escaped her mouth as if it were a curse.
There are humans here?” Arsenic listened as a group passed the opening of the bridge, they were soon gone, but she was still poised and ready for an attack.

White Feathers

White had been rescent marking her land when she heard the howl. She approached quickly tail high. She glanced at the reptile and then looked to the wolf.Greeting's fem, May i ask what is it you wish for? This is the terratory of my pack which is called the Lost

Martinika

Martinika grinned. "Another self-righteous pup, I see. That's what they all say, and then they all end up in the pit or as prey to a vicious, bloodthirsty killer." She stated gruffly, a gleam in her eyes. "Oh, yes. There are humans here. And this is their hideout. This is where the humans all come. And I can see that you fear them, so I'd suggest you leave."

At that moment, Dimitri walked down the bridge, wearing sunglasses and carrying a cane, clearly blind. A gyrfalcon perched on his shoulder. "Nika? Vy tam?" The man called out in his native language.

The reply was a low growl by Martinika. The caiman then looked back at Arsenic. "See? This is my master. He's one of the few who won't hurt you, so I'd suggest you be friendly to him." She said pointedly.

White Feathers

She growled . She didn't like umans. This is my land and your humans have invaded my home! How rude of them.. If they hurt my pack they will be sorry! I'll let you know caimen you see that abadoned houseShe spoke pointing to the abadonded and deserted house on the left side of the bridge. That is where my pack calls home and if they come in there we will defend it!.She then turned back to the fem ignoring the blind man.M'lady if its a pack you wish to join you are free to join me and my small familyShe spoke.

Martinika

Martinika growled at White Feathers. "We were here first, dumbass. The humans have been here since before you were born. So it is you who has invaded our territory. Don't like it? Then shove off." She stated angrily. Even her group had been here before White Feathers and her pack.

White Feather

She shook her head.Thats funny, I only noticed humans here when i rescued that man who had been thrown over the bridge and that was the beginning of this month... I have been here for a good 8 months now and for the first three or four atleast there were only passer bysShe spoke calmly. then turned to ignoring the caimen. She waited for the other wolf to speak.

Martinika

Nika sneered. "This has always been my humans' hangout place, and even before then, it belonged to another gang. And for your information, the humans built this bridge, you trivial retard." She snorted.

Arsenic

It was a strange exchange between the caiman and the other wolf. It was if they were fighting for territory already claimed. A few times Arsenic attempted to add to the heated conversation but there didn’t seem to be a break where speaking was possible. So with an angered and annoyed expression she settled down and watched patiently. Finally there was a small break and she spoke quickly hoping that they wouldn’t just start up again in the middle of her sentence.
I am not looking for a pack and I’m very sorry to disturb the both of you. I was taught by my grandfather to never enter a pack territory without first asking permission of the alpha. So I would simply like to ask if I can pass into your territory without your pack getting territorial.” Arsenic finished speaking and then looked at the alpha. Her gaze wasn’t one of challenge but instead one a friend would give other friends.

Martinika

MArtinika grinned at Arsenic. "Since this land truly belongs to the humans and their pets, yes, you may pass. Don't mind my retard wolf 'friend.' She thinks she's intelligent." She replied, stepping aside so Arsenic could go through. "I am sorry to keep you waiting."

White

She snorted and shook her head. You may join my pack Arsenic we are always welcoming new membersShe now ignored the caimen. This land belonged to the wild animals first before all this human crap. She was here before the caimens humans maybe not the humans who build the bridge and the gang that owned it but definitly before the caimens humans. Please, Come with me to our base if you wish to join its right over hereShe spoke. You don't need permission from anyone but me on these lands. This side of the bridge is ours. The other side is where those humans liveShe spoke. She shook her pelt and waited.

Arsenic

Arsenic laughed as the other two attempted to best each other. This kind of lively banter was missed greatly by the she wolf, but she didn’t know if a loner of so long could change her ways. Smiling at the caiman she spoke softly, “Thank you.” Then she turned to the alpha. “I will come to your base and meet those who find shelter in your pack. But I am not looking to join. I only want to perhaps make friends?” Arsenic wasn’t the best at being polite and when it came to other wolves she was lost. It wasn’t that she had never met another wolf. She just hadn’t met a nice one…
Her grandfather’s snarling image was still burned into her brain. He was the reason she was so mean and socially challenged. He taught her that no wolf was to be trusted, especially outside of the family blood line. And she knew her blood line well.
Takel and Lost River birthed Tyleta and her siblings.
Tyleta and Rakel birthed Slade.
Slade and Rena birthed Anubis.
And her father Anubis took a random female as his unwilling mate and Arsenic was born a reject and hated seed of force breeding. She smiled at the alpha ready to fallow her. But inside she was shaking with rage at the thought of her family.

Martinika

Martinika shook her head, looking at the ignorant wolfess who thought she owned the place. "You pathetic fool, the visitor never said she wanted to join your sorry pack. Stop being a manipulative jackass." She snorted. Soon enough, her 30+ siblings would join her to wipe out White Feathers.

White

Dumb ass i asked her and invited her to join my pack im not forcing her to do anything so watch itShe spoke and shook her head.I'm not gonna fight a stupid fight that to me is worthless because your blaming me of being manipulative when i have only asked and invited

Martinika

Martinika snarled at White Feathers. "Well you invited after you invited after you invited, so if I were this lovely stranger, I think I'd get pretty peeved that you won't drop it." She sneered. She then turned her attention back to Arsenic. "I am Martinika, daughter of Theif and Arquen, granddaughter of the Shadow Haunter guards Ard-Rai and Orinoco. I am pleased to have you on my bridge." She said with a sincere smile. "Oh, and this human behind me is Dimitri, my master. Don't worry about him. He's great. He respects wild animals."

White Feathers

White feathers listened to her and dipped her head. That is fine, ATleast if we become friends and you need a place to stay then you'll have a placeShe dipped her head and then turned leading the other toward the abandoned human house. She let out a howl.

Asylum, Aphrodite,Vibro , Kiara, Eragorn and a bunch of others came out.

Pack this is ArsenicShe spoke.

Arsenic

Arsenic bowed her head towards each of the wolves. She was hoping for an introduction from them. Because she was no mind reader and there names were still unknown to the nervous femme. She was never the social type so she realized how much of an idiot she looked like right now.
I’m Arsenic.” Despite the alpha’s introduction she stupidly repeated her name as if they hadn’t already heard. She felt her ears grow hot with embarrassment and her banner wagged from side to side in anticipation. Her black fur shone in the light of the moon and her dark brown eyes appeared black in the shadows. There was a rippling of gray at the top of her ears and as she studied each of the wolves she became even more ashamed by the scars on her chest. Three winding and trailing slash marks covered her right side and very little fur had grown around them. They were the mark of the family and the eternally cursed symbol of all she had left behind.
Her muzzle was also extremely marked as well as her black pillars. Out of habit she looked down at her feet and avoided the gaze of the pack before her. She had once been taught to be proud of her scars, because most were victories instead of defeats. But in front of this seemingly normal pack she felt as though those fights had been to prove something that no longer mattered. Those fights hadn’t pushed her any closer to happiness yet she had some how felt fulfilled afterwards.
Looking back up to the wolves she smiled awaiting some noise or response from them.
