Sylar, Caleb, Luna

The Hot sun illuminted every inch and crack on the bridge that morning. The tall grasses, not yet covered by the snow, swayed in the breeze, mocking mother nature.

*CLANG*

Two blunt swords met each other for a moment before being pulled back and poised again for another strike.

Sylar cirled around Caleb, a childish sneer across his face. His sword was raised at shoulder height, the blade reaching back over his bony but muscly shoulder. His tongue slid across his unatural vampy teeth as he concentrated.

"very god Caleb, much better than last week. But watch your footing"

The girl whom he was talking to, Caleb. Had her sword raised as well, her blade was a bit shorter and had a blue sheen to it. Her eyes gleemed with pride at his praise. She huffed as she let out another swing and crashed yet again with his. Caleb perried and ran around to the other side of the bridge, she jumped up onto the railing next to Luna who was much younger and was dangling her feet over the edge.

Rose

Rose walked along silently.She had managed to get away from the gang for a bit, or so she thought.She spotted the two pratice fighting.She went to the other side of the railing and sat on it.

Out of nowhere Josh ran over to Rose calling her name."The gang wants to meet up later, but right now their sigh seeing,"he said.He then noticed the two pratice fighting, and sat next to Rose watching.

Three of a kind

Sylar's golden yellowy eyes flashed to where the two people had taken the liberty to sit and observe. However, he did nor said nothing about it. He just smiled and ran towards one of the support beams, reached out an arm, grabbed it and swung himself around, out and then up, landing on the roof.

Caleb also noticed the two people. But she was way to engrosed in the game that she just ignored them. She watched, slightly suprised as Sylar almost literally flew onto the roof. She quickly followed him by jumping up there as well.

The footsteps of running and stopping and the clangs of the swords were able to be heard but not seen.

Luna on the other hand, immediatly went over to them.

"hi"

She said. Her voice was glassy and emotionless.

Rose

Rose watched silently.She turned her head when she heard Luna."Hello,"she said then glanced back at the roof waiting for the two to reappear."Your friends are good with swords,"she said.She should know since she was okay with one as well.

Josh watched."Hi,"he said.Then he turned his head to the roof as well.

Sylar, Caleb, Luna

Sylar slid to a stop at the edge of the bridge roof. It was then that he decided to show off one of his signature moves. One moment he was standing at the edge with Caleb rushing towards him the next he was gone, swinging to a beam on the underside of the roof smiling.

Caleb rushed after him but when he dodged away she realized she wouldn't be able to stop so she let herself go flying of the edge but instead of plumeting to the ground with a crash she easily did a couple flips and a roll to the side and landed perfectly on her two feet, well on becasue the other was stretched out up in the air behind her with her sword balanced on the heel of her boot. The then kicked her foot up and caught the sword. Once this was finished Caleb sneered and ran once more after Sylar, flying past the two others and Luna.

Luna climbed up the railing and sat down on it not far from them and resumed kicking her feet.

"yes, they are. The man is Sylar, he is our gang leader and the girl is Caleb. I'm Luna! and you are?"

She asked politly, this was one of Luna's specialties, due to the fact she is only 15 she will act completly innocent and harmless and week until you attack her and she becomes a terryfyingly good swordswoman.

Rose

Rose watched a bit impressed.She was silent though not answering the girl yet.She was about to when Josh beated her to it.

"I'm Josh and this is Rose our leader.The others are off sigh seeing,"he said, but that was it.

Sylar, Caleb, Luna

Sylar flipped over the side railing and ran underneath the bridge. The splashes from his bare feet were all that could be heard until they suddenly vanished.

Caleb followed her leader over the side as well. Her splashes did not dissapear however and she came back up over the railing on the other side. She shethed her sword and looked over to where Luna and the others were sitting.

Luna frowned at their transfixedness on her friends.

Rose

Rose soon grew tired of watching the two."So are you guys new here too,"she asked.

Josh turned his head, and waited for the girl to answer.

Sylar, Caleb, Luna

Luna turned to looked at Rose.

"not really, we kinda travel alot but a couple of us grew up here."

Caleb walked over to Luna and stood next to her, she cleaned her blade.

Rose

Rose looked up to see Caleb.She nodded her head in hello."We just came here.Our old leader died here when she was visting her mom,"she said softly.I should of came with her a nagging thought followed.True the other leader was her sister.

Josh looked around for the other man.Not seeing him he turned back to the conversation.He closed his eyes silently rembering Tiss.She had protected them all at least once.

Sylar, Caleb, Luna

"oh"
Muttered Luna.

Caleb returned the nod and then sat next to Luna. The two lokoed at each other nad siled, both clearly supressed a laugh.

"may I ask what you two are doin watching us then?"
The voice of Sylar filled all their ears, yet he was unable to be seen.

Rose

Rose heard the voice, but didn't see the person.She ignored that though.She wasn't worried or scared."For the fun i guess,"she said.Her sword hung over her shoulder to be easier to carry.

Josh watched.He had two pistals one in each pocket.

Sylar, Caleb, Luna

Luna and Caleb smiled at the other two.

"you find it fun to walk up to nija's and ninja's in trining and just invite yourselves to watch. You might want to be carful of who you decide to walk in on"

Came his voice once more only this time it was on the other side of the bridge. It had travled in the mater of moments.

Rose

Rose listened softly.Now she was looking around as well."Well i'll try to rember that,"she called out.

Josh looked around suprised and respect on his face.

Sylar, Caleb, Luna

Luna smiled again and nudged Caleb.

"it is good advice to remember. I am Sylar, leader of the Genosidics. And you, have just interupteed my training session"

His voice had steadily gotten lauder and closer until it finally stopped.

"so now I ask who are you?"

At these words Sylar had suddenly appeared, upside down clinging to a beam once more, directly in between the two. A dagger was in each hand and at each of their throats. He was taking no chances.

Rose

Rose narrowed her eyes silently."I am Rose leader of the Red Tiger, and this is Josh one of my followers,"she said.She wasn't worried about the sword at the moment.If he showed any sighns of using it she could probly get free.She was sure Josh could too.

Josh was silently as he watched, and listened.

Sylar

Sylar frowned, he didn't move a muscle.

"ah, another leader. I take it you are pretty new here then?"

Rose

Rose kept her eyes narrowed in neutral."Its the first time i been here as a leader, but i grew up here,"she said.

Josh glanced at Rose.Was she okay.He knew she must be rembering her sister Tiss.

Sylar, Caleb, Luna

Sylar nodded. He still didn't remove the daggers from their necks. His feet blended in with the shadows.

For the first time yet he smiled and showed his teeth. And there in the front were two very sharp vamp-like teeth. His golden eyes gleemed as he ran his tongue over them absentmindedly. He didn't seem to realize he was diong this though.

"well then, welcome to being a leader"

Luna and Caleb both looked at him warningly and he ceased his tooth baring smile.

Rose

Rose said nothing about the teeth."Thank you,"she said.Then just as she said that she attepted to jerk back, and get rid of the knife from her neck.

Josh did the same copying his leader.

Red Tigers.

Sylar

Sylar had been awaiting this and flipped from the roof. He landed on the railing between them again, his hand were now placed on the other side of their heads. the dagger hilts were showing and the blades in his hands.

If this worked they would hit their heads on the hilts

Rose

Rose was ready as well.As soon as he flipped she jumped up and cartwheeled out of the way.She jumped on some rails, and began to walk catlike along them.She pulled out her cell phone called Peter, and told him to bring some garlic.

Josh stayed where he was.His head hit the hilt.

Sylar

Sylar sneered. A true oponent for once.

"interesting"

He said flatly. He gave Joshs's head an exrtra nock and then flipped off the railing. His footsteps were inaudible for a few moments before returning on the other side of the bridge.

His cold, haunting laugh swept through the brigde like a thousand ghosts.

Rose

Rose continued her cat walk on the beams silently.She jumped from one to the other silently.She heard the laugh, but ignored it.

Josh glared angerly at Sylar.Then he watched Rose silently.

Sylar, Caleb, Luna

Luna and Caleb had taken to sparring with each other a bit on the banks below.

"now lets see here. Who to choose who to choose"

His voice echoed all around.

Suddenly his head popped down over the roof ledg just above Rose but just as quickly dissapeared.

Shortly after his head popped over the edge just above Josh. dissapearing yet again just as quickly.

Then his tall figure was standing in the very middle of the bridge at the end. He was smiling wide, his teeth glinted and his golden yellow eyes gleamed.

Rose

Trista and Joseph appeared then.Quickly the went over to Josh.They turned to look at Sykar confused.

Rose backflipped as soon as she saw Sylar.Then continued.

Peter and Delia came running down the bridge.They went to stand with the others.Peter saw Rose and through the garlic to her."Catch,"he called.

Rose seeing it jumped off the beans, and curled up doing rolls in mid air.Then she landed on one knee, as the other cresanted the ground.She stood up Garlis in hand.She threw a smile at Peter in thank you.Then she turned back to Sylar.Just as quickly she leapt back onto the beamers.

Sylar, Caleb, Luna

Sylar noticed the new arrivals and jumped back onto the roof. He wasn't much for showing off with a bunch of fancy flips.

His cold, haunting laugh floated through the bridge once more, loader and more meaningful this time. There was a terrifying bloodthirst in it.

"welcome, my friends"

His voice followed.

Once again he swung out of nowhere upside down onto a beam in the midst of the new arrivals. He was looking at his hand as it was twirling a dagger around with only the fingertips.

however, when he saw the garlic his terrible smle turned to a frown.

Caleb and Luna had returned to the bridge.

Rena and Fido ran up to the growing group immidiatly followed by Winter and Manora. The two twins went to the other four and in a worried rush told them of the galic. All of their faces turned to frowns.

Rose

Rose continued beam walking."Are you too scared now,"she called down to Sylar.Nobody put a knife up to her neck or her gang, and got away with it.If he didn't come to her she go to him.

Trista and the others below backed up to the edge.They didn't like the sights of the man.They watched scared.

Sylar

Sylar laughed again and was gone in a flash.

"oh honey, you'r going to have to do a hell of a lot more than that to scare me"

his voice was loud and mocking. He swung in next to Rose upside down for a moment but he dropped to the ground this time. When he stood up he was smiling.

However, something wasn't right he looked weaker somehow. A thin trickle of blood fripped from hi mouth and then his nose but he ignored it.

Sylar raised his sword and took a skillful swipe at Rose's shoulder, not enough to wound terribly but enough to break skin if it worked.

for some reason Fido and Charity had been pushed back and covered protectivly by the others.

Rose

Rose smiled.Maybe the garlic had done enough already.She backflipped out of the way before the sword strucked her.She took out her own sword silently.She threw the garlic away over the bridge.She wouldn't need it anymore.Silently she struck back out at Sylar, but not enough to hurt.She attepted to get the sword at his neck, and make him surrender.

The others watched silentyl.They saw the group protecting Fido and Charity.They wondered why.

Sylar

Sylar laughed again when she threw the garlic.

"bad idea. Seems you haven't done enough research"

Sylar stood up to his full height again and then bent almost backwards as she went for his neck. If this move worked she would fall over him.

The group seemed to have relaxed a bit and Fido and Charity had stood back up.

Rose

Peter seeing the garlic falling ran to catch it.He barely got it, but still managed too.

Rose hearing what Sylar said clinched her teeth togather.Then she managed to catch a hold of the beam when she began to fall.Quickly she moved her arms along it and climbed back yp.Like a cheetah she ran across it.Seeing Peter catch the garlic smiled.She jumped down doing the roll thing again.She ran past Peter who secretly passed her the garlic.She stood in the middle of the bridge waiting for Sylar to come after her.

The others watched fearful for their leader.

Sylar

Sylar laughed again. He wiped his blood from his mouth and nose and then leapt onto the railing. He then disapeared once more beneath the bridge. HIs footsteps were inaudible.

The group had covered Fido and Charity once more and when rose got closer to them they huddled clower together.

Rose

Dawn,Tom, Reita entered the scene quietly.They saw whats going on and gaped.Then they ran to their group silently.

Rose was silent as she waited.She had some rocks in her hand and she made the lines, but one rockwas missing that was in her pocket.She pretened she didn't have enough hoping that would leer Sylar closer.She shook the garlic into her hand, and then tossed it for good.She touched the rock in her pocket with the hand with the garlic.When she placed it in their it should make him bleed a bit more, but not enough to kill.Only enough to declare her winner.

Sylar

Sylar had gone onto the roof again as was shown when he went swooping out, under and then leaped to the middle of the bridge. He clarly hadn't been paying enough attention for he landed squarly in the middle of the Devil's trap that rose had made.

For a moment Sylar looked suprised and a bit worried but then he sneered and began laughing wildly. He turned to her and took a few steps towards her his dagger raised.

The group gasped in unison and took some steps towards rose but thought better of it and went back to covering Fido and Charity.

Rose

Rose quick as a snake put the last rock in.She stepped back from the daggers.Silently she watched hopeing her trap worked.

The others watched mystified.They walked a bit closer to watch.They stood a bit near the other gang.

Sylar

Sylar screamed in rage as he was lashing out and trying to walk but not going anywhere all of a sudden.

"bitch. Let me out of this thing right now you little cheat"

He snarled. Blood began to pour out of his mouth and he dropped his daggers.

The group yelled as well in protest. Sylar had never been beaten before.

Rose

Rose glared at him."Then don't put a knife to my throat or my gang,"she hissed through clenched teeth.She picked up the rock with garlic on it, but just as quickly could put it back.She watched for his next move ready to put the rock back.

The others watched.

Sylar

Sylar stood up and lunged at her.

"Don't threaten me! Besides, you aren't doing this for revenge now are you. come on now don't lie to yourself"

Rose

Rose dropped the rock back as soon as he stood up.If that didn't work she moved out of the way.She didn't answer him knowing it was half true.It was revenge, but not the one she spoke of.Revenge of her sisters death more like.

The others watched eyes wide.Would their leader win or lose.They prayed and hoped she would.They glanced at the other group before looking at Rose and Sylar.

Sylar Kojima

Sylar dropped to the ground again. he knew she would elave the rock in until he admited her winner. Sylar glared up at her, his stomach clutched. Sylar suddenly felt the ground rising to meet him he caught himself though and stayed crouched there doubled over.

The next time he looked up his mouth was dripping blood. His breathing was shallow and heavy. But he refused to give in and admit defeat. Sylar stood up, for a moment he swayed. He landed in a heap on the ground.

His blod was pouring heavily from his mouth and he was clearly in unbarable pain.

"fine, you have my attention, what do you want?"

HE breathed.

Rose

Rose watched silently.When he sat down, and talked to her she smiled.She picked up the rock, but showed she put t back if he dare try anything."Well al i wanted was for you to admit you did wrong by putting that knife to my neck, but i thought of something else.What you say if we joined gangs,"she asked eyes narrowed a bit.

Sylar Kojima

Sylar lunged for her again.

"why would I have my gang join ranks with yours? holding a knife to your neck. Ha"

He ran at her.

"and trapping me and causing me pain is ...not... worse than holding a knife to your throat to ask who you are?hahahahha"

his mouth had not stopped dripping blood and he was barely able to stand up.

Rose

Rose threw the rock right on back.She glared at Sylar."It is to me.Hey you asked what i want, and i told you,"she said.Her heart beated fast inside of her chest.Although she wouldn't admit it she was nervous.Maybe even anxious.

The others watched fixed to the scene.

Sylar Kojima

Sylar fell back to the ground mumbling profanities under his breath.

"fine. We join gangs. But the home base is gonna be at MY gangs house"

The pain was beggining to be unbareable. Never before had anyone beaten him down like this. How did she know of the Devil's trap? There were only a couple people he could think of. The fury inside him was just beggining to bubble by now. This woman was really pushing it.

Rose

Rose smiled.She removed the rock."Fine by me,"she said.Her sister told her of these traps.Tiss had run into some hunters awhile back, and thats how she knew.Turning she walked over to her gang to tell them the news.One thing Sylar should know was she had a shipment of dogs comming in, and was making a garden hopefully.

The others watched impressed.They respected Sylar alot, and secretely feared him a bit.They smiled when they learned the gangs joining togather.Glancing at the other mob to see there reaction.

Sylar

Sylar didn't move, couldn't move. He just crouched motionless on the ground, a pool of blood had formed and he was still dripping it from his mouth. If there was one thing a sanguinarian couldn't stand bloodwise it was the taste of their own.

The entire gang rushed over to him and helped him up. The dragged him to the railing and let him lean there. Then as Airashi, Rena, Manora and winter stayed with him, trying to figure out a way to help him the rest of the gang turned to face the others. They glared at them and every hand was tightly grasping their weapons.

"enough, the deal has been made, they are with us now"

Came sylar's pained voice. The gang looked at him in awe but relaxed nonethe less.

Rose

Rose watched the gang silently.Then she relaxed at what Sylar said.Then she walked over to where the gang was a bit cautious."Do yall need help to take him to the hospital or some medicene,"she asked.

The group watched.They had to stay where they were till the other group calmed down.It was Rose's orders.

Sylar

Sylar spit out a glob of blood and turned around to face everyone. His golden yellow eyes were blazing with what looked like fury. It would be a really bad idea to mess with him right now.

Rena and the rest of the gang stepped forward.

"and what would a hospital do when they looked in his mouth and found fangs huh?"

Airashi spoke up from the back.

The rest of them had all calmed now and some sat down some went and hung on the railings. Fido and winter didn't leave Sylar's side.

"I'm just fine"

Sylar spoke again.

Rose

Rose nodded her head."If your sure,"she said turning.She walked away to think.It seemed she been doing that more and more everyday.

Trista walked over to Rose."What now,"she asked.Rose turned to her."I don't know,"she yelled at her angerly.Then she jumped into the beams to be alone.
