Darmus .+. Tavern
Tavern, a full blooded akita, followed by her more than loyal demented pack mate, Darmus, a pure blooded white chow, walked along the sidewalk with anything but fear toward the humans who passed them. Infact it wasn't unusual for tavern to lift up a lip and reveal her tempting teeth toward the traitorous two-leggers who tainted the city land.
Though they weren't here to destroy humans this time. No, they were simply here to find a good trash meal to eat and bring left overs for Halabex, their leader. Tavern, who was second in command, offered a well disposition of power as she strutted just a few paces infront of the fur-ball counter part.
Her dark blue eyes shot here and there as her scarred forhead bobbed at the smell of rotting human food. Other than little nic and knacks here and there, she had a huge scar just between her eyes, and one that lay on her leg. Both looked like they were done with some sort of metal. Darmus was virtually unphased, and trotted happily as he froliced in his mind.
Soon rounding into a small alley, Tavern leaped at a set-up of trash-cans and promptly caused them to fall over and spill out their insides. Hungerly, the two began to search through for food. Tavern giving rather vicious pecking snaps at the chow as he moved away and tried to avoid the more dominant female.
Razor
The sleeping hybrid was more than unhappy about being woken from his daily slumber on the trash heap. A low and irritated growl rumbled in his chest as he shook a plastic grocery bag off his back. He stood to his full height of 2'5" and stretched with a long yawn.
His ears flicked from side to side as he detected movement somewhere further up the alley. Razor gave his thick black and brown coat another quick ruffle before he slowly padded down toward the racket that woke him.
Tavern .+. Darmus
The two were eagerly eating away at their meals as the brute came up to them. Tavern, who was quite alert, quickly rounded upon the intruder with a less than friendly snarl. "Watch it bud." Her hackles rose quickly as she glared icey daggers at the hybrid.
Darmus was happily eating his food before he almost inhaled it in fear of Tavern's sudden movements toward the intruder he didn't see. Turning around with slop dripping from his jaws, he eyed the hybrid with confusion flooding his eyes. Should he attack the intruder or let him be and try to scarf down as much as he could before Tavern turned back to him. Little voices flooded his head and quickly, and quite randomly, he popped up on his hind feet and pawed at the air. "The new kid doesn't know who we are does he Toxic?" Tavern turned her hatefilled eyes to the chow. "shut up Darmus..." The chow lowered his head, but that didn't keept he playful fire in his eyes from desippating.
Razor
Razor was all but intimidated by the loud demand the female barked. He instead, looked rather bored and irritated. Still, he was outnumbered, and though the male that apparantly was no more than a follower and more interrested in stuffing his face, Razor knew better than to show an impassive reaction. He stood his ground, his shoulders and stance squared. "Be gone, the both of you. This is my turf."
