Wing

Wing came here with her son and Best Move. Her gaze looked around the corral before she moved to the corral that held the other gang member horses. None had caught sight of Wing, Demon, or Best Move except Karen. She came over nickering softly at Demon, her best friend's first foal. "Hi Demon. Did you have fun meeting your dad?" She spoke to the little foal. She flicked her ears in greeting to Bestie.

"Yes, Aunt Karen." Demon answered softly while glancing at his father.

The other stallions were grazing farther away while the mares were grazing togather. It seemed unusual, but that's the way it worked around here really, so you'd understand why the colt wanted to hang with the bigger stallions.

Best Move

Bestie had never really noticed how the other horses would bunch together, and others would just stray away. He had probably been the exact opposite when he was living here. He often enjoyed getting on the other horses' nerves when he was here, or at least Wonder's nerves.

His eyes landed on Karen, and it suddenly hit him that he never got her name. He bobbed his head as she spoke to Demon. He wouldn't bring it up yet, though. It just didn't seem to be the time.
He turned his head and noticed the stallions, but wasn't sure which were the ones ganging up.

Wing

Wing didn't speak, their was nothing to say at the moment. Her gaze was on Bestie, Demon, and the other horses in the pasture. The arabian mare was cautious wondering what the stallions would do when they saw Best Move.

All the stallions attacked Demon when he came near, but it was only Black Comfort, lead stallion, that had actually gotten a lick in. That would be the hoof mark shape on Demon.

Best Move

Bestie stood there, eying the other stallions nearby. He may appear calm and collected on the outside, but his blood was quickly beginning to boil. He wouldn't lose it, though. He simply would not allow it.

Still not sure of which it was, he stepped up and gave a ringing neigh, calling the one who left the mark on Demon out. Then he waited. Even if no one decided to claim the deed, he would pick them all out and they would all pay, sooner or later. At least, he'de sure like to believe.

Wing

Wing heard Best Move call out. She nipped at him lightly, to get his attention. Her eyes staring at him she spoke in a fast whisper. "You can't take on all of them!" Little did she know, was that she might just get some help from the female side of things.

Black Comfort came up his neck high. Not too far behind were the other stallions, but they let Comfort go first. The mares had stopped grazing to watch with interest.

Karan backed up, but Demon stayed. "That one, the black stallion is the one who left the mark." He spoke softly, simply to please his father by telling him what he wanted to know. Wing stood protectivily by her son, baring her teeth at anyone that came near other than Karen or Bestie. "Back off, Comfort."

"What's the matter Wing? I just want to meet your bastard of a mate, who can't even care for his own spawned colt." He was asking for trouble.

Best Move

Bestie stood there, hooves planted firmly in the ground. He lifted his head. He stood pretty tall-- taller than most other horses, at seventeen hands. He had always managed to use it to his advantage, but who knew this time.

His two sensitive ears went back into his black mane, which was now twisted about and mangled from not being brushed. Then those two ears flickered with annoyance at the opposing stallion's words. "At least I have a mate and colt! Unlike someone around here, who chooses to lash out at youngsters for his own personal gain, I see." Bestie snorted, obviously disgusted by Comfort's attitude. His ears went back once more as he gave a half rear, flailing his fore hooves in front of him before landing with a hard thud. He stood between Wing, Demon, and Comfort, ready for this stallion to come at him any moment.

Wing

Wing snorted before she easily jumped the fence. Ears against her head she snapped out at Black Comfort angering making her blind with rage. Wing never did find out who bit her colt, at least till now. Oh she could guess, but now she was sure, and Comfort wasn't going to get away scot free. Acorn and Fire Heart moved forward hesitantly to try to move Wing away from Comfort.

The other mares White Desert, Magic, Moonlight, Cream, Daisy, White Fire, and Anna looked up interested now. A few moved forward watching as Wing nipped Comfort, than the other two tried to move her, even as Comfort was bucking attempting to kick in the stomach or hindquarters.

Demon cried out for his mother when he saw her jump the fence. He didn't like seeing his mother around those stallions, especially alone. He reared up, and began to hit the boards with his hoof, but no way were they going to break.
