Some Horses

Nacrotic Angel an Andalusian Mare whose family has all been in the dressage field and she herself was the world champion two years ago at the age or 5. She is still showing as well. The man led the 7 year old mare to the stable after having been turned out for three hours. Once placed in the stall she snorted and began to graze.

Terror of Insanity was also a dressage horse and she was being led outside into a pasture with other horses. Once released she took off cantering

Vincent was released into a stallion paddock. He pranced around showing off his skills.

Sally who was Vincents sister was in with Terror running around leading the herd. She was top mare here.

Selma followed. She would be going in soon though.

Russet

A loud ringing neigh could be heard as the lathered up dun stallion came galloping down the main path that carved the halves of the corral grounds. He chewed anxiously at the bit as it became noticably tighter in his mouth, causing him to lift his head and cry out again. However, he was in no pain, and wasn't even angry.
The human sitting in the saddle upon his back seemed to jerk on the reins then, pulling him to an unsteady halt as the two-legged then swung off from his back and headed very swiftly into one of the buildings. "Someone get this horse," the human called as he disappeared through the door. He hadn't even been tied up- he never was until someone else came and took him. Like said before, another human approached his wild-eyed and stomping form and grabbed onto the reins just below his mouth and turned him. The young stallion followed the human eagerly as he was led to a nearby paddock and soon had the reins wrapped about one of the many poles by the gates. He was left there once again, and so turned his head to look out across the corral. There were many horses in here today. He, on the other hand, kinda lived here you could say. At least that's how he pictured his life.
Snorting, he lifted his head again and neighed, then awaited some kind of reply. They hadn't even left him any hay!

Sarah McGillan

It had been a rough life for Sarah, actually it had been a terrible one. Sarah never really asked to be thrown out onto the streets, or to become a criminal, really, it was those boys at school that provoked her. It was a dog thing, you smack the dog, the dog retaliates. Now, Sarah had managed to clear things up with the government, but that took time and money. Sarah was trying to start new, and decided it was time to get a hobby. Horses was a good suggestion, besides, horses didn't involve weapons, drugs or gangs, really. So, here Sarah was, wandering the dusty auction block.
Sarah hugged her black shirt to her chest, stiffling a yawn as she bypassed big, chunky draft breeds and cow-hocked cow ponies. None really stood out in Sarah's eye, until she saw several horses galloping in their pasture. Selma caught her eye immediately, and a smile ebbed at Sarah's lips. A unwelcome smile, for Sarah never really smiled that much. Sarah's ears where then penetrated by the sound of Russet's neigh, and it sent millions of shivers down her back. Seeing the stallion, she blinked and watched the man upon his back. Russet's gait was so smooth, even for a Western horse. Sarah shivered, taking a few steps towards the pasture where the horses were.
Nice horses... Sarah kept thinking, watching Terror and Angel closely, but her eyes always adverted to Russet. The burly stallion looked so cool-headed and calm, everything she wanted from a horse. Sarah had ridden before, yes, but that was nearly four years ago, after all those junky events flooded into her life like a river. Sarah finally mustered her strength, and walked towards the corral with as much prowess as she had. Finally, she was close enough to touch the woody structure of the pasture. Sarah waited, wanting to see the horses' reaction to her.

Human and others

A human saw the lady watching the horses and smiled. He slowly approached.Greetings m'am , Interested in any of them?

Selma, nacrotic angel both saw the human and immediatly went to the fence and so did terror..

Sarah McGillan

Sarah jumped at the man approached, Sarah blinked and gatherered her breath, licking her lips and smiling softly. Sarah gritted her teeth, replying, "Well....yes. I was wondering which one of these horses is te calmest." Sarah wanted Russet, but by the looks of it, this horse wasn't for sale. It hurt to not be able to get the horse she liked, but then Sarah always had the other horses. Sarah held out her hand offeringly to Selma and Nacrotic Angel, smiling softly. Though, Terror did not approach, and Sarah looked at the horse. They were all beautiful, and Sarah wanted them all, but she doubted she could get them all. Sarah had money, but not enough for all of them.

Horses

Well those three mares there are the calmest. yet they can push your buttons some timesHe spoke.

Terror had approached but later then the other two. The three sniffed her hands.

Russet

Russet wasn't exactly as calm as he may appear. He was a young stallion, broken in for the sole purpose of being a transportation animal. Wasn't that the idea for all horses? Russet was only for work and transport, nothing else. He couldn't say he enjoyed it, but it kept him on his hooves and alert and he got to see many different places in the process.
Snorting at how he didn't get an answer, he anxiously played with the metal bit in his mouth, wanting to have a bit of that attention over there... No one ever seemed to give him attention. That's what you got for being some old dusty corral horse. But he coud protest to that 'old' part.
With a deep rumble, he tossed his head in the girl's direction and whinnied again. He had caught her looking at him, and she couldn't deny it. He didn't know she was here to buy, though he probably should. One of 'his' humans would be coming back out to take him somewhere again soon, so he probably shouldn't even bother. Then again, just why was this girl here?

Sarah McGillan

Sarah looked over Terror, Angel and Selma, knowing she wanted two, but, maybe she could get three. Sarah pursed her lips, stroking Selma's silky pelt and then looking at Russet. The horse was restless, and Sarah knew what it felt to be like that; stuck like no one wants you. "I like these three. How much would all three of them cost?" Sarah quarried, her brown hair falling into her face. Sarah brushed it back over her shoulder, crossing her arms over her chest.

Human Together all three cost 2,500He spoke.

selma snorted and lipped at her hand.

Angel sneezed and Terror stood still

Sarah McGillan

Sarah listened, and drew in a sharp breath. Sarh had 3,000 and was just barely able to afford the three. Luckily, Sarah was still getting money after her father died, and was expecting a lengthy check in the mail sooner or later. It would be enough to help tend the horses. A smile ebbed at her lips, and she pat Selma's cheek. "Sweet babe," Sarah chuckled, more to herself. Sarah then turned to the man with a business face. "I can afford that, then." Sarah reached into her pocket, grabbing her check book.

Human

He nodded and hten motioned for the three handlers waiting around to get the three mares.

They grabbed a blue halter and lead, A Pink halter and lead and a Red Halter and lead. The person with the blue lead went to Terror and placed it on her and led her toward the gate. The one with the pink halter went for Angel and did the same and then the one with red went to selma and did the saem.

Sarah nodded, watching alertly.
