Sundown & Sideskill

The journey from Galar's Marsh to the steep reaches of the Breve Ridges had taken some time. More than once, Sideskill had set Sakura down to readjust his hold on her scruff, and at one point he'd whined to his brother, asking him to carry the whelp. When Sundown remarked that he'd simply eat her, Skill had little choice but to continue toting his prisoner.

Eventually they made it to their destination. Sideskill slipped into the cave entrance and navigated his way through the semi-dark until he'd reached a side cavern, wherein a deep pit lay. It was roughly twenty feet in diameter, and deep enough that Sakura would have no way of climbing or jumping out; even Skill had difficulty leaping out of it. The big cat crouched at the edge of this depression and opened his jaws, allowing the poor pup to fall several feet down, without worry for what injuries she might sustain, "You heard what my brother said whelp, you make too much noise, and he'll eat you."

Sakura

Sakura was silent the whole way. Her little tail curled into her body and then she was falling. No longer limp when she landed she landed on her side and on one her legs. She yelped and stood up in the pit. Her leg wasn't broken but bruised. She tried to climb out to no degree. Why you do this? She spoke back. She tried to find a way out to no degree.

Sideskill

The big cat crouched down with his forepaws and chest rested on the rocks overlooking the pit. It was dark enough that Skill looked gray and shadowy in the damp cave, with none of his brilliant coloration or beautiful markings showing. Only when he moved his head just right did a glimmer of light reflect off his eyes, shining in through reflections against the many pools of water in the cavern, and the distant entrance. "Why? For leverage, pup. You say you've got a mom out there somewhere, don't you?"

Sakura

Sakura glared up at the large cat. What do you want from my mommy?SHe said.
