Flash/Tarka
Black and tan brute padded over the rocky turf. He was relatively new here, so still had to learn his way around. But he wished to do that without the help of another. Flash stopped in his tracks and cast a glance behind his shoulder. Just to make sure Tarka was following. He issued a small bark, then carried on. The brute sighed and flopped down in a tired heap underneath a tree.
Tarka
Tarka's head perked as she heard Flash bark, and a small sigh was emitted. The agile feline followed after her friend, small paws carrying her swiftly over the ground. The ocelot slithered effortlesslt up tree, and perched lazily on a branch, whiskers twitching. From there she had a view over most of the land, and Flash as well who was directly below her. It had been three days wandering around aimlessly without any sence of direction at all. They were lost, that she knew. Flash knew it too, though knowing him Tarka knew he'd never admit to it. A small sigh was emitted, and her eyes began to close.
Hidden Betrayal
A silent form lurked in the shadows as she moved ever closer to the two. A cold mask was over her face, not so much cold as expressionless. She moved close to Flash and in a soft voice she said "Hey....I'm Hidden Betrayal....Are you ok?" Her voice sounded caring. And sweet. Her face turned soft, losing its cold quality completly. The female had just lost her entire pack and now was trying to create another. Stronger. Braver. Smarter. Eviler.
Flash
Auds perk as he heard a voice behind him, a female's voice. He scrambled onto his haunches and nodded. Yeah. Just new. The male stated coldly. I'm Flash, by the way. We've been loafing around for the past three days. But, um.... He hesitated for a moment, looking sheepishly down at his paws, casting a small glare up the tree. He looked up again to meet the fae's eyes. We're lost. Flash barked quickly. Completely. I take it you know your way around here?
Tarka
Tarka slunk further into the shadows of the tree's canopy as she saw a female approach. Though her delicate ears perked as she heard the wolfess speak. Then Flash replying. She crept soundlessly a bit further forward along the branch until she had a clear and comfortable view over the two. The ocelot rested her head on her spotted paws, and a glamerous grin crossed her features as Flash finally admitted to being lost. This should get interesting. The cat thought to herself. Tarka had decided that it was not yet the time for her to reveal herself to the femme. Once the two of them would first get talking, then she'd make herself known. Flash of course knew she was there, but he was beginning to look as if he had forgotten.
Hidden Betrayal
A soft smile crept up her lips and she nodded her head. "Oui. I know my way around here very well. Please....Won't you stay with me? At...At my home? Its not really mine, I am only staying there a short while until my friend and I can take over another pack....You see....We are gathering a pack that will be feared for its strength and for the demons that seem to lurk inside of it. We...We are not all that bad but we need more. Humans killed our pack and now we must regain strength and hope." Her beauty was breathtaking as she stood before him in a regal pose but her face was soft as she watched him. She smiled in a soft way and looked behind her sensing anothers prescense. Shaking it off she turned back to him the wind blowing her black fur in many directions.
Flash
Flash stood watching her closely, listening carefully to her words. A wide grin spread across his face as the fae stated the wolves they were looking for. He was a bit reluctant to join a pack, as he wasn't exactly your "social wolf", but he figured it was only a matter of time before Tarka and himself would be killed off by hunters or the likes if they remained loners, however much they liked it. Um.... well.... He stated hesitantly, and stopped, staring down at his paws once again. Flash made up his mind. Agreed. He said, looking up to meet her gaze again. I mean.... Yeah. I'll stay. He said. The brute suddenly remembered Tarka, still up the tree listening intently. Oh ya.... um.... He looked behind him, gave a short bark, and looked at Hidden again. This's Tarka. He said.
Tarka
The feline gave a soft hiss as Flash gave way her cover. Ah well. Gracefully she slid down the side of the tree and went up to him, nodding a greeting to the she-wolf. Pleased to meet you. She stated, tail twitching ever so slightly behind her. The ocelot looked up at Flash, then back at the wolfess. Tarka hoped that if Flash was to join a wolf pack that she suddenly wouldn't be abandoned. She didn't want to go down that path again.
Hidden Betrayal
She stared at the cat for a moment before standing and sniffing the cat. Softly she said "I'm sorry this may seem rude but....What in the hell kinda cat are you?" She had never seen an ocelot. She was not going to make the male drop his friend and abandon her. In fact....Betrayal hadn't even really met the 'kitten' and already she liked her. A smile on her maw she bowed down playfully at the cat her tail wagging cheerfully. She was not actually a bright and happy wolfess but she led many to believe she was. That was there down fall.
Tarka
Tarka gave a smirk at the wolf. An ocelot. Not a common cat, I'm afraid. She stated with a hint of a grin on her fine features. Auds pulled back slightly and a small step was taken back as the wolfess lowered herself level with the cat. She wasn't easily fooled by expressions and body postures of others, as she naturally had a cold and hard personality, but she had taken a peculiar interest towards the fae. The cat lowered herself down onto her haunches, watching the other intently, dial cocked to the side ever so slightly, her tail slowly sweeping side-to-side over the ground behind her.
Hidden Betrayal
She sniffed the cat all over then grinned. "Come on....I will show you your new home." And with that the pretty black fae turned and began to trot away, her pace quick and sure as she made her way down the rocks. She had a proposition for Risen and she prayed the female would take it.
