Tolacca

The snow leopard paced slowly across the snowy ground, her stomach rather swollen now, carrying three new lives in it. It wouldn't be long before they were due, and she needed to find a den. Yet after a while of searching, the leopardess had grown too tired and so found a place to rest under a half-fallen sicamore tree. Curling her large tail around her, Tolacca closed her eyes for a rest. All the while, the thoughts of kittens and Namir were on her mind.

Namir

Namir soon caught up with Tolacca and rubbed his head affectionately on her side. "Have you found a den yet?" he questioned, sitting back on his haunches. "Are you hungry? I could catch you what ever you want." His tail flicked a bit and he smiled broadly.

Tolacca

Tolacca purred contently, lifting her head up to embrace him. "I think I'll have my sister help me find a den today." The snow leopardess responded, now looking into Namir's eyes, "Could you catch me something please? Anything would be nice, really." She stood now, carefully stretching and flexing her claws into the hard-packed snow.

Namir

"Good luck with that, Tolacca. And yes, I will have a tasty meal by the time you find a den." He grinned, looking back into her eyes. "I'd best get searching, huh?" With one last nuzzling embrace, the cougar headed away to search out a meal for his mate and soon-to-be born young.

Tolacca

Tolacca watched him leave as she pulled herself up to a standing position. A weakness flickered around her legs and threatened to bring her down again, but Tolacca stayed standing. Once the cougar of hers was out of sight, Tolacca moved away, seeking out her sister.
