*Lions* (Dulsca & Leope)

Two lions, a male and a female, walked side-by-side as they traveled the narrow valley of the Ridges. The winds and waterfalls created a strangely eeire, spine-tingling noise. Every sound, movement, and scent caught their keenest attention. They had never stepped foot on grass before, let alone experienced all these new sensations. It was thrilling and bewildering for them!

Both lions had been captive raised and kept in cages their whole lives. Scars and marks on their hides and healed fractures were the symbols of human cruelty bestowed on the magestic creatures. Just recently, with the help of some wolves and wild cats, they had been freed from a circus. It had stopped at Orca Bay for a few days.

Kallie/paco/justice

Kallie led the way in to breve ridges. Her dial held high but lower then justices.She saw these two huge cats and growled. They resembled cougars but well definitly bigger.She watched them warrily.

Justice carried his tail and head high.His ears go back as the two large cats are caught in his line of vision.he growl yet again.

Last to enter was paco.He growled and lowered himself to the ground.

*Lions*

The two haulted and turned to the wolves uncertainly. The lioness flattened her ears a bit, not liking how the canines were acting, "What's your business?" She demanded.

The shaggy-maned male rumbled lightly, shifting his golden eyes from lupin to lupin.

Kallie/Paco/Justice

She snorted as the feline questioned her."business i dont know i live around here what is your business i've never seen a cougar or what ever you are look like you do"She growled lowly her ear back.

paco:He growled and started circling them.

Justice:he wasnt intrested in taunting them and sat on his haunchs.He smelt a cougar near by and growled.He didnt fear these two at the moment seeing as they had no clue what htey truelly were but cougars were a threat.

Nanuka:she had ventured from the farm in search of food when she saw this group.Yum wolves for dinner .She let out a cougar growl.She resembled the female lioness in ways but they were not the same breed.Saw them but was more intrested int the wolves.

*Lions*

The lioness growled sharply, "We're lions, thank you. And I wouldn't be circling me like that if I were you!" She warned, turning her attention from Kallie to Paco. When the black wolf circled, she made a short rush and struck out with her paw. But... she had no claws! Humans, of course, were responsible for this. Still, her paw could send him to the ground if she managed to hit him.

The mail lion turned quickly, hearing the cougar. To him as well, she looked enough like a lioness, though he knew she was a different kind.

Paco

he fell.He shook his head and stood back up growling and making a wider circle around them along with kallie now.They heard the cougar and lifted there frames higher and then ran off followed by justice.

nanuka:she growled and ran after them her speed and agility better then that of a lionesses and her tail flew wildly.She soon slowed down and returned to the two lions.And watched them carefully.

*Lions*

The lioness sat back on her haunches and began to groom herself, with occasional glances to Nanuka.

The male lion, on the other hand, was far more interested in the creature. He stepped closer to her, sniffing intently, "You look like one of the cats that attacked our circus... just what are you?"

Nanuka

"Well those stupid two leggers call us either puma,Mountain Lion or Cougar the last two are more common"She sat on her haunchs and licked her shoulder which had a healing bullet wound.

*Lions*

"Ohh, I see." He repiled, in almost a purring tone. "Ouch, humans do that to you?" He questioned next, seeing the bullet wound. Now he moved closer until his shadow fell over her, sniffing more intently at her scents.

The lioness stretched out on her side and closed her eyes for a nap.

Nanuka

"yes and they almost killed my son"She said with a slight growl and then her auds turned at her cubs call.

tango:he with a cast limped towards his mother his leg was better but the cast wasnt taken off yet." mommy where you go i was scared"He cryed.

*Lions*

He rumbled slightly, "Stupid humans." Then his eyes focused on Tango and something sinister ran through his mind; a deep-seeded instinct to kill. But he shrugged it off, for the instinct wasn't too strong. The urge to have a pride and rear young of his own had been on his mind the moment they had escaped, and especially since meeting Nanuka. But he didn't say much on the matter.

The lioness saw the youngster and gave a bit of a smile. She wanted young of her own. But even if she had some, they would all likely die in the coming winter, or be taken by humans before then. Still, she couldn't keep her tawny gaze from the young cougar.

Nanuka

She sighed and got up padding over to he ryoung cub she rubbed up against him with her lower jaw."well im here now arent it"she was getting fed up with the thing on his leg his leg was better and well that human didnt apply extra stuff so she began chewing the thing off

tango:he cryed although there was nothing wrong.
