Holly

FEm had built a den while in the captive ness of negro.For she had given birth to five pups.Three males two femalesshe lay down nursing them

The first male is two-toned; black on top white creamy undersides. Both eyes are crystal-blue.

The next male is mostly white, but with some red along his back, black-tipped ears, and dark gray markings on his face. His eyes are blue.

The last male looks very much like the first, except he will grow larger. Also, his left eye is brown.

The first female is very pale gray with white undersides. There is a tinge of red on her face. She has brown eyes.

The last female is almost completely black, but has a white chest and throat. Her two hind paws are white as well, and her eyes are blue.

Negro

Negro quietly moved into the den, head and tail low. He sat back on his haunches and watched the pups, happiness in his eyes. Five pups! He wouldn't have thought of that many being born. This was something! He continued to watch, before thinking about names. "What should they be named?" he asked, looking at each of them.

Holly

She wanted mack but knew there was no hope in returning home.
She let out a low growl.

She didnt want him down here.She didnt know of any names.

Nebro (Name changed to Nebro)

Nebro ignored Holly's growls. These were his pups too. He watched all of them still while letting out growls of his own. But his were louder. And he was serious. He stayed right where he was, not caring how mad Holly would get. She couldn't escape now that she had so many pups to carry around.

Holly

she stood up and lunged at him fangs bared.She wanted to be alone.She snarled

Nebro

Nebro was quick to react and sprung out of Holly's way, but he still wasn't fast enough to get completely out of the way. He wasn't afraid to kill somebody, but if something happened to Holly it wasn't going to be his fault. He felt teeth tear across the side of his face, and it made him emmit a loud snarl at the doggess. He wasn't going to take this from a mere pup. With all the force he had mustered while resting, he turned and sped toward her, jaws open wide as he aimed to grab hold of her leg.

Holly

She growled but jumped out of the way.She could run and his pups would die or she could stay and have to stay for the rest of her dog life.She growled and stood over her pups and snarled at him.

STeele:he heard the snarling and chuckled.He sat at the entrance gaurding it.

Nebro

Nebro laughed at the pitiful sight. This was her fault-- all of it. If she hadn't ventured away from Mack none of this would be happening. But what would Mack think once he found out that Holly had Nebro's pups? This would be interesting... Kill them, perhaps? It was probably what most others would do, but Mack wasn't that kind of dog. Nebro smirked at the doggess before looking at Steele. "She is giving me some trouble... Hehehe... I'll be surprised if she even gets out of this alive with all of it." he said, but then noticed that Steele didn't have Yodel. "Where's Yodel? I thought you were going to get her?" he then said, sitting back on his haunches.

Steele

"i was till two humans and two dogs steped in"He growled lowly.His tail hitting the ground hard

holly:after awhile she layed back down with her month old pups who were beging to venture around in the den.

Nebro

Nebro knew that since the pups were a month old now they didn't really need milk. So he got a devilish idea... He nodded to Steele and then sprang forward, into the den, and plucked up Sable and Tyrone in his large mouth by the scruff and he quickly backed out and ran to a nearby tree before setting the pups down. He grinned and then looked back to Holly to see what she would do.

Holly

Mothering instincts were still intact whether they were unwanted or not she had gotten use to be under the command of the two and she ran out right past steele and ran straight towards nebro fangs bared.

Steele:he grined and dissapeared into the den as she ran out and grabed up to of the other pups in his mouth living the last female there for her.He grined and exited the den.

Nebro

Nebro noted that Holly would come out of the den and so he ran straight towards her as well, his own fangs bared. He soon made contact with Holly as he felt her teeth run across his face again. He didn't wait to see what damage he did and he only grabbed her scruff tightly again with his sharp fangs and he started to shake her around, vicious growls erupting form deep in his throat as he planned to knock her out with a daze or weaken her to much to give chase.

Holly

She growled and let out a howl of pain that would carry for miles she faught back but soon her body became limp with weakness and tiredness

Steele:lhe would leave the one female pup for her and he placed these two males down by their sister and brother and stood guard over them.

Nebro

Nebro turned once he felt Holly's body go limp and he walked over to the four pups, maw soaked with blood. He ignored it and sat back on his haunches next to Tyrone and Sable, licking his chops as he did so. He was in no mood right now to put up with trouble. He then looked at Steele, grinning with a taunting look in his eyes. "What should we do with them now? She obviously won't be getting up anytime soon." he said, now licking at his paws.

Holly

She crawled back downi n the den with her last pup

Steele:"well idont know just keep the males at least away from their mother so they wont be so soft"he snarled the last word."especially that one there he looks like he'll be the largest out of the group.

Alastor:he had no clue what was going on.He jumped on his brother tyrone and bit his ear growling.

aragorg:he was tired and layed down.

Nebro, Tyrone, & Sable

Nebro smirked once he seen the retreating form of Holly. He nodded again to Steele before looking around, making sure no one was near or watching them.
Tyrone's small pup-body rolled over as Alastor jumped on him and bit his ear. He let his own growls emmit from deep in his throat as he stood up wobbily and started wandering around the Ridges, his small nose working away at the scents.
Sable continued to sit there, watching her mother. What was going on? She yawned and curled up next to the tree and fell asleep.

Steele

He nodded and smirked he yawned.

Nebro, Tyrone, & Sable

Negro picked up Tyrone and Sable by their scruffs and starte walking away. "Let's go... Before that Holly decides to come after us." he said as he walked over the steep ridges, away form the little den. He was headed for the Eskers again.

Steele

he grabed the other two and padded after nebro

holly:she awoke some hours later to find them gone.she howled.

Akantha:she followed her mother out.

Mack

Macl was wandering around the Ridges, desperate to find Holly. He didn't know she had pups... With a complete rival! He was about to give up his search when a familier scent drifted to his nose... Holly! Then he heard a howl ring out over the rolling ridges. He was indeed excited to be seeing Holly again and so he quickly ran in her direction. He soon came apon the den and started sniffing aorund, soon eyeing a familier face. He let out a serious of high-pitched barks and yips just to make sure it was her... But who was that pup?

Holly

< her auds lifted to the high pitched barks and replied to him with a series of barks.But didnt exit the den for she was to weak

the pup was asleep.

Mack

Mack was quick to respond with another series of barks before he ran down to the small den, peering inside. He gazed curiously at the pup but then he focused more on Holly. Panting, he moved over to her and licked her muzzle. “What happened, Holly?” he said, looking worridly at her and noting that she was weak. “And who is this?” he asked, low growls emmiting from dep in his throat. He could tell it was Holly's... And the rival's, Nebro. The fur on his back bristled as he stared hard at the sleeping pup. How dare Nebro do this? Steal his mate? Make her have pups!? That lowlife would get it now, and get it good. Him and his 'havoc' partner can't run forever.

Holly

She whined at his growls.True she wouldnt blame him for killing it but she wished to keep it.'please dont harm her,She the only one they left me"she whined

she awoke and yawned.Seeing the new dog she ran up to him and tryed playing with him.

Mack

Mack continued growling, keeping his eyes on the pup as it came near. He backed away a bit and then turned back to Holly. “That Nebro will pay! Now we are stuck with a pup that never should have been born... And to make it even worse, she has Nebro's blood in her. And what do you mean by ‘the only one they left you’?” he said, slightly snarling, his fur still bristled. He didn't wish to have to help take care of his mate's pup when it wasn't even his... If Nebro wasn't the father then things would be alot different here.

Holly

she whined and stood up and limped out of the den."i had five three males two females"She sat on her haunchs and looked to the sky.

she ran after her mother.

Mack

Mack didn't stop growling, but he listened. Five pups? All but one taken away? Mack hated to think of what they could and would do to the ones they had taken, and he shook his head angrily. He didn't say anything though. He slowly followed her out of the den and sat back on his haunches next to her. Something told him they would keep trying to steal Holly once the pups were grown... Nebro would indeed come back, seeing as how she was the mother of his pups.

Holly

Akantha:"mommy where my brothers and sisters?" She whined curling up under holly

holly sighed."i dont know akantha im sorry"She sighed and with a heavy sigh she layed down in slight pain.

Mack

Mack looked at Akantha, licking his chops. He then stood back up, nuzzling Holly with great concern. “Are you hungry? I can go to the Stores and retrieve some grub if ya want...” he said quietly, looking around. He sighed heavily and waited for her answer. Maybe someday he could get the pups back, even though they weren't his. But they were Holly's and no one could change it.

Holly

"yes very seeing as those losers left me to starve to death"she shook her head."yes please"

akantha:she whined and layed down.

Mack

Mack nodded grimly before turning and stomping off.

Mack

Mack came back from the Stores, carrying two half-eaten sandwiches and some scraps of meat. It was all he could find in that lousy trashcan. He made his way gingerly back to the small den and sat in front of Holly. He opened his jaws and the food dropped to the ground. “It was all I could find.” he said, rather glumly. He looked at Holly, wanting her to eat.

Holly

After having slept for awhile she smelt the food and immediatly ate it leaving a small piece for her daughter.

akantha:she sniffed it then ate it..

Mack

Mack watched them eat and then he walked on top of a high ridge, overlooking some of the Breve territory. He sighed heavily before laying on his belly and looking around. There seemed to be no hope for a good future. But then he remembered Yodel. She had left with Mugsy to take Rocky to the Farm. He hoped she was okay, but little did he know that she was in big trouble.

Holly

She let out a sigh and nuzzled akantha and then layed down.

akantha:she started whining worried.

Mack

Mack watched Holly silently, with dimly-lit eyes. He wasn't very happy for her. Her life hadn't been good so far and he wasn't happy for the pups. Not one bit. She had been forced, but... There was nothing to be gained out of thinking about it. He actually needed to fight out his emotions. He the turned his eyes on the scenery, being a lookout incase Steele came around again.

holly and akantha

Mack

Mack looked around. He could hear and smell someone else nearby but he paid no mind to it. As long as they didn't appear then he was okay. He sighed and walked back down to Holly, weariness clearly showing in his eyes. He lowered himself onto his belly and laid next to Holly, eyes slowly shutting, indicating that he was asleep.

Holly

She awoke and was a bit stronger.She stood up and stretched.She licked mack and then akantha and then went to a little watering hole.

Mack

Mack watched her get up. He noticed that she was a bit stronger now. That was an improvement. He would stay with her though until she was strong enough to get back to the pack. He smiled at her and also stood, following her to the watering hole. He drank also and sat back on his haunches again, looking at Holly. “How do you feel now?” he asked, still clearly concerned.

Holly

"better much"she sighed and sat on her haunchs.

Akantha:she just woke up and stretchs.At first not seeing either dog she started to panick and whined but then when she saw them att he watering hole she ran to them and rubbed up against both for reassurence.

Mack

Mack smiled but was still worried. He knew Nebro had most likely faught and wounded Holly a bit, but he shook his head to push the thought away. He nuzzled her again and then looked down at the pup. He grinned a bit but it soon faded away. “Good.” he said quietly, licking Holly's muzzle.

Holly

she nuzzled him and then looked down at akantha."its alright hunny we're not gonna leave you"She said reassuringly knowing akantha felt abandoned.

akantha:she nodded and took alittle drink.

Mack

Mack looked at Holly and soon a small frown was on his maw. But soon it disappeared once Holly spoke. He yawned and nuzzled her. “Tell me when you feel well enough and we will head back to the packlands.” he said reassuringly. He wanted to leave this place and go back to familier land... Home, which was in his mind.

holly

"as soon as possible i dont want to stay here and we need a safe place for akantha to stay" she sighed and shook her head

akantha:she yawned.

Mack

He nodded, figuring she was up to going home. He motion with his head for her to follow him and he soon started to head out of the Breves, not lokoing back but only glancing to make sure Holly was there.

Holly

she picked up akantha and followed after mack..
