*walking into the land she smelled cats and then plopped to the ground. she hadn't eaten for such a long time. could she make friends with these cats. they seemed friendly.*

The adolescent wolfess walked through the bushes. She could smell the other but was afraid to go near her, she didn't know what she was like. She stumbled and kicked a rock..

*Cougar*

A very large, old she-cougar sat perched upon a boulder near the wolves. She was crouched down and hidden by evergreen plants so that the wolves couldn't see her. Her dark fur was tipped with silver, further showing her advanced age. Her ears swiveled to catch the sound of one wolf, while her eyes focused on Satfire. She hadn't seen many wolves in this area for a long while, and was quite satisfied to keep quite and see what they did.

night stalker

*swiveling her ear towards the rock being kicked. she started to growl. she was mostly a loner standing up she held her tail high and turned to face satfire* what do you want. i came here for silence not noise.

Satfire

She whimpered and lowered her ears and tucked her tail between her legs, "I'm sorry if I b-bothered you.. I didn't mean any harm..." she said, she was lonely; her parents had been shot by humans..

don't you have a home to go to at all? she sat down*

Satfire

She shook her head, "no... my parents were shot by humans.. so I'm alone.." she said, she was almost a year old and needed some hunting lessons before she starved to death....she couldn't catch a thing, she was clumsy...

its pretty easy. it comes naturally sometimes. you can come with me. we'll be a team. *turning her head hearing a noise. she saw the cougar and nodded a friendly nod to it.*

Satfire

She smiled, "thanks!" she also nods to the cougar kindly...

*Cougar*

She was surprised she had been spotted, and unnerved by it. But the kind gestures from the wolves eased her wariness. After waiting for a moment, the large feline spoke lightly, but her voice held much power, "Why have you two come to this area? I haven't seen many of your kind here before."
