The babe looked up with her mixmatched eyes in awe at the white wolf that carried her. She had began to mimick her growling sounds, or atleast tried to, htey mostly came out as gurgles followed by laughs. The white wolf was carrying her here but the babe didn't really notice.

the ivory lupine carried the child with utmost care, like one would carry their pup. she easily moved over the rough terrain, dark eyes watching for any others that might cause trouble for her and the babe. she was hoping alayna, her cougar friend, would show up, but she wasn't sure. reaching a soft, mossy spot that was easily hidden from sight, the wolf gently set the baby down, listening to her gurgles and 'growls' with amusement. silly little human-pup. she gently licked the baby's cheek, then sat back on her haunches, pondering her little charge...
