Niavo

The ebony hybrid moved slowly and dismally across the edge of a steep, high ridge. An intense fire burned in his heart and shown vividly through his seething eyes. His jaws would flex every now and then as his dark eyes narrowed in thought. His tail and pace was stiff as he went along and he paused every now and then to gaze down the ridge with a horrified shutter.

Nachi & Cavan

A she-wolf of strange mind and ways sat perched on a rock outcropping a few yards above Niavo. She watched him with curious silence, wondering what he was fretting about, although she could not figure it out. Then she spotted something which lifted a smile onto her slender mug. Her brother was approaching. And my, what a sight he was! Missing all but the stump of one ear and carrying a myriad of scars all over his face; and that hideous, clouded eye, opposite of his stump-ear.

Nachi sprung off the rock outcropping, landing on a narrow ledge before leaping to a second, and so on until she reached the ground where Niavo paced and where her brother was approaching. Casting Niavo a sly, coy look, Nachi strutted towards her brother.

Cavan raised an eye, surprised that his sister spotted him so early. "Nachi! Good to see you." he greeted, giving his lanky, summer-tail a wave. He stepped closer then, lowering his voice, "I need you to steal a pup for me... any pup. My son is sick and he needs someone for companionship."

Nachi tilted her head to the side, gazing at the marred face of her brother, "For you, brother, I will do that. I'll bring some runt back here and you'll be here, right?" Cavan nodded, "Yeah. Thank's Sis."

Nachi smiled with narrowed eyes before turning and loping off.

Cavan

Cavan glanced at the brooding hybrid after his sister had gone. "Name's Cavan. How bout you?" he tilted his head upward suddenly, catching a sound in his stubby ear. "I hear someone nearby." He announced after a moment, "Why don't you come with me?" he offered before sauntering off.

Niavo

Niavo was guarded at first, leveling his head with this shoulders and keeping his body ridged and turned slightly away from them. But the look her recieved from Nachi made his eyes widen. His lips drew back in a faint smile, watching as she left. He turned to Cavan. "Niavo. Interesting sister you have." he replied, grinning. And then eagerly, "Yeah, sure! Beats mopin' around here." the hybrid admitted, following Cavan.
