Dakota/Austin/Tomcat/Hal

Dakota padded onto the land with one thing on her mind - a place to call home. Once she reached the area, she released a loud, long roar that said this land belonged to her and her friends. "This land now belongs to the Sombra Cazadores!" Having made her point, she sat on a high cliff and looked over the land.

Austin sat on the ground below Dakota's cliff. Tomcat and Hal examined some abandoned gopher holes.

Kaisho/Dakota

Kaisho gracefully soared over the ridges and perched in a tree next to Dakota. Keeping his gaze on the land below the cliff, he spoke to the big cat. "You know there are those who protect the prey, don't you? This is a suicide mission." His voice was low and he hung his head tiredly. Dakota had a blank expression on her face. "I am well of the dangers, Kaisho, having dealt with them many times before." She stated, showing him her wounded paw. The eagle looked down at the cat's paw and grimaced. "You always have had a knack for cheating death, haven't you?" He replied. Dakota chuckled. "So what will it be, bird? Will you join us in our hunts?" The cougar asked. Kaisho sighed. "Fine." He replied distantly. "As long as you don't get me killed."

Austin/Others

Austin listened to the conversation from below. "You know, Dakota, we should try to find hunting ground and more pack members. Why not send the bird?" He suggested, walking up the edge of the cliff. Dakota thought for a moment before looking at the smaller feline. "I will not make him go. But he may go if he sees fit." The cougar replied. Kaisho sighed. "I'll go..." He said quietly. Austin smiled and nodded. "Fly safe, and do not make enemies. Only allies and prey this time, eagle." He instructed. Then the bird was off, soaring high over the mountains. He soon left their sight.

Spellcaster

Spellcaster had heard of the new hunting pack. She loved hunting and it had always been easier for her because she could use her skills. She let out a low growl to let the others know of her presence.

Dakota/Austin/Tomcat/Hal/Kaisho

Dakota, came down from her cliff when she heard Spellcaster. "Hello, newcomer. I am Dakota, alpha of the Sombra Cazadores. What brings you to my land?" She introduced herself politely, so she wouldn't drive the cat away. They needed more hunters.

Right on time, Kaisho flew back and landed next to Austin, seeing that Dakota was busy. "I have found no hunting grounds, nor allies. I came across a small band of carnivores that told me to stay away from 'their' land. This was at Galar's Marsh, and I know that belongs to Galar, not the wolf." He informed exhaustedly. Austin sighed. "We can hunt wherever we please, so your wolf friend can just get over it. That isn't really his land if it's owned by a gator." He replied uninterestedly.

Hal and Tomcat listened in on the conversation. "The nerve of that mutt!" Hal exclaimed. "We should take back what's not his!" The serval stood tall, trying to make himself look powerful. Tomcat licked his paw. "Not to be rude, but a small band of housecats isn't going to get very far. And our worthless avian friend didn't get us any new recruits."

Aakesh/Achira

Two birds of prey soared to the Ridges. Aakesh, a large Imperial Eagle, landed on the ground next to Austin and Kaisho. "You should not be so quick to judge what's his and what's not, Austin." The great bird said. "Besides, we hunt where we want. The pets at the Ranch don't like us there, but that doesn't stop us. The wolf will probably not want us at the Marsh, but will that stop us? No. We're a hated bunch, dear cat. We do what we want when we want."

Achira, a small Black Baza, perched in a tree and watched her eagle friend. "Exactly. We're not ones to be told to get off of others' land, exactly...Some of us hunt while others fend the owners of the land off." The female stated.

Spellcaster

"I am here to join your pack" Spellcaster replied. " I go by spellcaster" she was the only cheetah there, which meant she was most likely the fastest maybe that would give her a bit of an advantage when it came to assignments...

Dakota/Others

Dakota thought as she examined the cheetah. She would be great for some high-speed hunts. She circled around Spellcaster, weighing several thoughts. "Very well. Welcome to the Sombra Cazadores."

Austin looked at the birds around him. It seemed as if they already made an enemy out of one pack. He could smell the wars that may come from this. "I am going to scout out the land myself. You birds are welcome to come with me if you would like." He suggested, then turned around and walked away.

Tomcat, who was still occupied with the empty gopher holes, heard nothing of the conversations that were going on around him.

Hal was like Tom's brother. They went everywhere together. The serval, however, was much aware of his surroundings. His oversized ears perked and he came up beside the cougar. "I'm Hal." He said politely.

Kaisho shook his head. "You're always going on missions, big cat." He said to Austin. With a deep sigh, he took flight and followed his friend.

Aakesh and Achira both kept an eye on the newcomer. They trusted her, but one had to be aware of potential spies.

Inferno + Revenge

A sudden sound of a pair of hoofbeats soon came into hearing range. It was soon enough that two gigantic horses were trotting towards the group.One, Inferno, a pure black mare. Was prancing and trotting with her beautiful knees held high. Her ears were laid back a bit, and her tail swished agrivatedly fro side to side.

The second, Revenge, A pure white mare with a terrible fire visibly burning deep within her heart. She too had her ears back slightly but did not prance, instead the huge mare seemed to float towards the group.

The two of them let out two horrifying and bloodthirsty neighs as they neared the group.

Dakota

Dakota's eyes widened when the horses rode up. Her lips curled up in a ferocious snarl and display of her pearly teeth. But these fangs were anything but pretty - they were deadly weapons. "What do you want?!" She spat spitefully. Nobody addressed this cat in such a way.

Inferno + Revenge

Inferno pinned her ears back and looked down at the cat. "We have heard you are a hunting pack" she spoke as if flames licked at her toungue. "Well we are pure bred hunter/jumpers" she looked at revenge. Then she motioned with her sharp daggars "And I am sure our size and daggars could do some good in some cases" she then looked back at Revenge.

Revenge stamped a huge daggar. "She speaks the truth, we are here only to help. And you must admit our size would definatly help when it comes to hunts" she spoke as if her voice were of the frozen silver moon. They were right. The two horses almost tripled in size compared to most of the other cats.

Dakota

Dakota relaxed and sat down. "Fine then. I am sorry for my protective behavior." She replied, gazing up at the horses. "You are welcome, as long as you obey your orders, carry out your duties, and respect all fellow members." She looked up at the two birds, then back to the mares. "I am Dakota, by the way. I lead this pack."

Inferno + Revenge

Inferno returned her ears back to the slightly pinned" postion "I go by Inferno" she said. Her fiery orbs sparkled when she said her name "Called Inferno for my speed and strenght"

Revenge looked at Inferno then back to Dakota "And I am Revenge" she did not look away from the cat. "Called Revenge because all I do is for revenge against everything. I am not the fast one, of course, but I have strenght and agility" she again stamped her sharp daggar.

Dakota

Dakota once again had the uninterested look on her face. While she was impressed with their strength, she got very tired of everyone telling her what they're good at. She licked her paw with her pink tongue for a moment, then looked back up at the horses. "You will do." She said quietly. She looked at all the others and growled to get their attention. "Since you three, Spellcaster, Inferno and Revenge, are new, I must introduce the rest of the pack to you." She began walking around, nodding to each one as she spoke. "The golden cat is Tom, the skinny one is Hal, and those two birds are Aakesh and Achira. There are more, however, but they are not here at the time. We have a clouded leopard named Austin, a bald eagle named Kaisho, and a housecat named Kiki. Kiki is tending to her kittens elsewhere."

Inferno + Revenge

Inferno nodded her jet black head to each of them as they were introduced.

Revenge smiled slightly. And also nodded to each one.

Dakota

Dakota flicked her tail and dismissed the newcomers with a nod.
