martyr Martyr sat several yards from a fault in the earth, the heat warmed her cold body. Martyr rested, alert and very ready for action. She had to be. Attikiva's whole family was up on their paws looking for her, seeking to find the murderer of a father, grandfather and respected alpha. Martyr wasn't going to let any chance for them to get her slip by. And, even though she was in a barren land, Martyr wasn't letting her guard down.

DEath had finally picked up that bitches scent and here he was slowly and very skillfully stalking closer and closer. Once close enough he made the pounce aiming for the back of her scruff.His tail held high. He didn't make a sound as he attacked. He was a seasoned fighter.

Insecurities lead to alertness. Martyr heard the crumble of pumace underneath Death's paws. Immediately, the female leapt to her paws and twisted around violently. It was enough to stop Death, and meet him jaw for jaw. "Leave me alone!" Martyr barked tartly, her eyes blazed. "I don't want to see you anymore!" Martyr tore her jaws away, staring at Death.

He snarled and glared at her.I don't care what you want bitch, You are slated for death!He snarled aiming for her again.

Martyr growled. She had backed up further from Death by the time he had chosen to lung once more. Martyr half-reared, if that was the manner you wished to put it. Her front paws slashed to push Death back, his fangs drew across her face and across her eye. The left eye began to poor with blood, numbing Martyr with agony. "Leave me alone! Just leave me alone!


Death

Death snarled as he felt her front legs and claws rake his chest but nothing could stop him. He wanted her dead. With her dead he could return to his family and apologize to his mother but just his mother. HE snarled as he lunged again.No you don't deserve to live!
