Tesla padded his way in, near a lovely female. He kept his sparkling optics glued to her, glancing occasionally around unsuspiciously at their surroundings. As a free-roamer, he had never much worried about the land around him, what came came; but now, he had a life to watch out for-something precious and dear to him that he wished never to lose.
The Ashen Domes were not as he expected-the lava and streams were red-hot; but comfortably warm. He found a close spot, away from the streams of lava, but still warm with steam, and took a seat pon his haunches. He gave Azra a nuzzle and smile gratefully.

Azra

Azra stayed very close to her love, though her attention was much easier to distract. The land was amazing; she loved watching how it changed to this warm atmosphere. She watched the lava stream lazily, though her eyes showed with wonder and awe she stepped closer to Tesla, taking in his comfort.
She followed him closely, smiling to him whenever he looked upon her. She sat next to him and nuzzled him in return. The young jezebel watched the red hot lava move like the snails, leaning slightly onto Tesla. Before long, she lowered her body closer to the ground, slightly in front of Tesla, her head resting on her paws.

Tesla

He smiled, taking in her graceful fluid movements, how beautiful she seemed in this light and moment. Lowering himself to the ground alongside her, his cranium leaned on top of her shoulders, keeping watch quietly around them. A feeling of jealousy, of need to protect, was overwhelming; it was something he had never experienced before, but liked.
Taking in her warmth and enjoyment, as well as the heat around them, his eyes drifted open and closed, mind stopping and starting with sleep. It had been a long day. A long day indeed.

Azra

The jezebel smiled when he rested upon her, taking in the protection she felt around him. She brushed the ground with her banner twice but stopped to enjoy the pleasant quiet of the place.
As he began nodding off she smiled again and propped her head up on her paws, in packs they tried not to all sleep at once, so she never did. She stayed awake, happy of the present arrangement, happy to be with Tesla.

Tesla

He felt comfort in her prescence, and at times awoke out of slumber with a start. Everytime though, he would lean over and give his mate a reassuring lick; and eventually did not go back to sleep. He rest there, eyes open, thinking over the course of the day and its events.
"you should rest," He said quietly, feeling she was still awake, and knowing it was generally the males duty to protect his mate. "I'll stay awake," He offered, rubbing his chin affectionately on her fur.

Azra

Azra always looked up when he started, looking back to her mate’s face. She then smiled and thumped her tail softly whenever he reassured her with a lick. Afterwards she would place her small head back on her paws, staying awake the whole time.
She looked up when he spoke, grateful that he saw the need she had to rest. She hasn’t really had a rest since she met this male. She licked his muzzle in thanks and stood up in search of a more comfortable spot.
She laid herself down beside Tesla, stretching momentarily with a yawn. She smiled at him for the last time and curled up beside him, leaning on his comforting side.

Telsa

He smiled gently, in wolfish way and watched her rest momentarily, and then turned away, fearing her beauty and all around aura would distract him from potential danger. Never before having worried about it, Azra now gave him a reason. HIs ruddy golden optics scanned the land for danger, and kept a protective watch over his mate.

Azra

Azra slept peacefully next to her mate, feeling comfort in his ever watching eyes. It was quite some time before she stirred. Even then she wished she could have more rest, but she began to feel a tad bit guilty, making him watch over her in the silence.
She yawned, showing her pearly fangs, while stretching out her front legs. She stood up and walked in a small circle, stretching the rest of her body. She stopped next to Tesla and gently tugged at his ear in a playful manner. She left her long, pink tonge hang out as she panted quietly, waiting for a response from Tesla.

Tesla

He grinned wolfishly, noticing her change in behavior, and stir from sleep. HIs ear was playfully assaulted and he didn't mind, sitting up and then giving one deft movement he bowled her over equally as playful and nuzzled the underside of her chin. Then, with a little whine tugged on her ear in response, furrowing his canineish brows with a smile.

Azra

Azra smiled playfully, completely caught off guard from the charge. She growled playfully but returned the nuzzle. Her ear was tugged and as soon as he let go she shook her head furiously, her ears hitting the side and top of her head with a small 'smack'. She backed up some strides, and lowered herself into a perfect crouching poisition. She waited for the right moment to pounce, a smile of playful doom resting on her maw.

Tesla

He grinned wolfishly and lowered his legs as well, matching her gaze with playful determination. His ears folded back as a small gust of warm wind blew over them, ruffling their fur. His tail thumped loudly against the ground unintentionally and he tried to stop it, but the plume just wouldn't obey. Soon after trying to ignore it, his tail got the best of him and he reared back,a ttacking it and rolling backward at the same time with a most childish yelp. Sheepish crimson covered his maw as he tried to look cool and roll off his back.

Azra

Azra watched the comic display, sitting up slowly. ">b?You think you are so that, don't you?" She barked at her mate when he tried to look cool, well he did, but that was beside the matter. She trotted a circle around the male, trying to make a straight face, but failing miserably.

Tesla

He grinned, ears flopping back with an unruly manner.
"Of course, who else is cooler than I?" He asked, orbs closing with a cheesy grin, one paw brushing the fur of his chest in almost a bow...but on his back. He followed her closely with his eyes and reached out with one paw, swiping playfully at her ankles.

Azra

Azra jumped back as he swiped at her, barking playfully. She continued her pacing, a bit furthur away. "Well, there are several people that come to mind." she laughed to tell him she only joking. Her face suddenly seemed to become sterner, but if he looked there was still that glint in her eyes. "But there is one another that may override your 'coolfullness'." She seemed to look around for another beast, though there was none. She then looked inoccently up at the sky, as if hinting who this one canine was.

Tesla

He chuckled and managed to fianlly roll over, then bound up, landing on her playfully.
"I'm sure there is." He said with a wolfish smirk. "But it's pretty hot around here!"

Azra

She smiled and turned to face him, only to be bowled over. She didn't resist and soon made herself comfortable underneath his weight. She playfully nipped at his face at his remark and smiled.
"Well, yeah it is. Want to move somewhere esle?"

Tesla

He grinned, careful not to hurt her although he wasn't much of a wolf.
"Sure, how about you choose this time?" He asked, giving her a nuzzle.

Azra

Azra giggled and pushed him off of her. She took a couple steps away and sat, her back facing him. She but her nose to teh wind and tested the winds. The other lands smelled cold, but that xcited her at the moment. Underneath her winter coat she was sweating like a pig. She looked back to Tesla over her shoulder, "How about this way?" she pointed the direction with her nose. Though she did not know the name yet she pointed towards the Marsh.

Tesla

He grinned and nodded, standing next to her.
"fine with me," He replied, and awaited her directions.

Azra

She smiled and began walking towards the direction she had already pointed out. Her gait was long, but kind of slow, mainly because she did want to fall behind, or go ahead, of her mate.

She looked over her shoulder for Tesla and grinned, "Come along." she jestered.
