The other coyote was exhausted from the running, and panting heavily to catch his breath. He just didn't have much energy left to fight Firebere, so he pinned his ears back and yipped in pleading to the other, "I give! I give! You win..."

It was edge of dawn when firebere woke up. When he went for a daily walk he got trap covered with snow.

The coyote that Firebere had chased and fought earlier spotted him trapped in the snow, and cautiously approached. "Serves you right, you meanie!" The coyote growled, still angry at Firebere for attacking him a few days ago.
