Frost Lake

Frost Lake padded to the Shadow Lurkers pack territory. She was here for one reason, she sought affiliation with the Lurkers. Her pack was small true maybe, almost 5 canines in her pack and she wanted to be protected. Especially if they got in a fight with a large number of wolves or other animals they would stand no chance. She just hoped that they would accept. She looked around the place and kept walking. She didnt know why her gut feeling just told her to keep walking til someone showed up. Her pack Sora Asiatic needed affiliations with the Lurkers. Maybe then she wouldnt be so worried about attacks in their territory. She just had to wait as she walked. Her eyes gleaming with sadness and admiration but mostly sadness. She waited in one spot now, her stance in neutral to show she was an alpha of a pack but sought no fights.

Argolis

Frost Lake's presence was eventually picked up on by Argolis, who caught the stranger's scent and went immediately to investigate. In a matter of minutes, the brindled wolf hybrid was approaching the female, in a brisk, confident walk and a tail held clearly in the alpha position. Her neutral stance told him she wasn't here to cause trouble, so Argolis didn't greet her with bared fangs or aggression, but he was cautious all the same, "You are in the territory of the Shadow Lurkers, stranger. What business do you have here?"

Frost Lake

Frost Lake looked at the wolf. She saw he was the alpha and nodded. ''I come here looking for affiliation with you and your Lurkers pack.'' she said calmly. She would submit if she had to. Anything to get the affiliation with the Lurkers, shed heard good things about them. Frost Lake waited for an answer. Hoping he wouldnt be harsh on her. She was ready for anything though, a fight, submission, anything else she could think of. Anything to get affiliation with the Lurkers.

Argolis

If Frost Lake had been a loner or anything less than the alpha her posture and attitude hinted at, Argolis would have demanded more submission from her. As it was, she had been quick to show her respect and not hold herself equal to him on his domain, so that was good enough for the Lurker. "I presume you are an alpha yourself; what pack do you lead?" Keen, intelligent eyes sized up the wolfess while his sharp nose worked over what scents of hers blew his way. She was definitely from a pack out in the wild lands, and he was eager to build alliances with as many of them as he could, but Argolis was cautious, and he would need to learn more about her before he made any decision.

Frost Lake

Frost Lake swished her tail to the side as she sat back on her haunches. Argolis seemed at ease though Frost was calm and open minded. She nodded ''Yes I am an Alpha; I lead Sora Asiatic'' She said, she didnt mind telling about herself, just not to personal of stuff shed be alright. She wagged her tail just a bit before waiting for either more questions or a comment to her pack.

Argolis

Sora Asiatic. Argolis struggled to recall what he knew about that territory, which wasn't much. The last he knew, the pack was mostly empty, and had no affilation that he new of. That meant that this female here had established a brand new pack, and if he were lucky, she had not made alliances with any of their enemies. "Do you have any other alliances within the Valley, any enemies?" The alpha's nose twitched subtly. From what he could pick up of her scent, she didn't appear to be related to anyone he knew, enemy or otherwise - that was another good sign.

Frost Lake

Frost shook her head. ''No one. But from other territories that border ours Ive heard good things of your Lurkers from the packs that border mine. I go quietly and if I need to, I will fight along side alliances but so far I have none.'' she said looking at Argolis. Sizing him up even though he was a bit taller then her she never challenged him. There was no need when she herself was and Alpha.

Argolis

This alphess said one thing that immediately won her favor with Argolis, and that was her comment about fighting alongside her allies. "If you are willing to fight along side us if we should need it, then you can count on our aid whenever you may need it. And an alliance with us is an alliance with our extended family; the Ankhian Lurkers and the Ranch Lurkers specifically." As for the rest of their allies, Argolis had not made any effort to reinforce any bond, and had essentially let their ties with the Silver Glades and Haunters wither. "If we are going to be allies, I need to know your name. Mine is Argolis, and I lead the Lurkers here along with my mate, Dixie."

Frost Lake

Frost wagged her tail the slightest bit when he accepted. ''Thank you. Im Frost Lake or just Frost. I am always ready for anything.'' Her eyes gleamed with excitement and she tried not to wag her tail to much. Sure she was happy that Argolis had accepted. But Iodine and Heaven's Angel and possibly Timber and Lilly would be happy to. She looked at him. ''Me and my pack are ever in your favor. If you have to meet them I will bring them here.'' She said.

Argolis

Though Argolis' tail never wagged during this meeting, in reflection of his formal, business-like attitude while dealing with issues like this, his stance at least was not a stiff and unfriendly one. "And mine is Argolis." He gave his name in return for hers, and nodded to the mention of meeting the Sora Asiatic, "It wouldn't be a bad idea for our packs to get to know one another, especially if we are ever to fight along side one another. I don't want them brought here, however - not for the first meeting. If we do decide to have a gathering, I would rather it be at a neutral place, outside of either of our packlands."
