Audra & Others

Audra and Vixen lead the slightly large group of adult teens behind them here. Hedes, Breeze, and Falcon brought up the rear, making sure no surprise attack would come, they weren’t taking chances with the younger wolves. When they made it to the Lurker’s border like area, Audra ran ahead to inform Argolis that they were going to have company. She had to force her siblings to allow her to go, they hadn’t liked the fact since she had been sick earlier that morning. Nobody else knew the female was pregnant, hell she was only guessing at it herself. The past couple of days she had left the den to relieve her stomach of its contents, and then she hid the evidence so no one would know. It was only by chance her sister caught her today, and she told Vixen that she ate some bad meat the night before. The goddess wondered where her mate was, missing him already even though she had only been gone since this morning. Now it was the beginning of dusk.

There were thirty-two new faces with them now, and they traveled at a slow pace, so Audra would get their alpha out in time to greet their group. Sol was dark grey, one eye bright green, the other pale blue. He was the first born of his sister, River, a medium grey femme with white ears. Her orbs were medium blue, and they stared brightly, as they looked around her surroundings. They were the children of Demos and Brook. Then came Spirit, Whisper, Star, Hope, and Desert Rose. All were the children of Demos and Daina. Spirit is brindle in color, taking after the Akita side of the family. His body is a replica of his father’s, though. Dark blue eyes. Whisper is grey in color with the same markings as his father, his body shape resembles that of his mother, though. Brown eyes. Star is grey with faint black brindling all over her body. She has a shape that is mainly like a wolf aside from her tail that curls like an Akita’s. Brown eyes. Hope is very wolven in appearance, aside from her face which screams Akita. She is white in color with grey brindling throughout her body. She has medium blue eyes. Desert Rose is completely wolf- like in her appearance. Her coloration is solid white with just a grey spot over her right ear. She has dark blue eyes. Following closely behind was Styx, Grace, Athena, and Luna. This litter belonged to Demos and Emerald. Styx is light black in color, almost light enough to pass as grey but not quite. He has a quarter size white marking on his chest. Bluish green eyes. Grace is deep black just like her mother, the bluish sheen to her coat is a little more intense than that of her mother’s in certain lights though. She has deep blue eyes and no white markings. Athena is deep grey in color with white paws. Her eyes are light green. Luna is mainly deep black aside from her undersides, chest, and legs being white. She has bright green eyes.

Hell Storm and Eclipse were next, and hopefully their other triplet Flame were next. These boys are the offspring of Demos and Tria. They are all three identical triplets! Their color is light sliver that might vary only a shade or two between them all. They all have slightly different white markings on their chests just different enough to tell them apart, though. They differ slightly in weight as well but not much. All have medium blue eyes. Apache, Ares, and Song were next, the children of Demos and Nina. Apache is light brown in color that fades to white on his legs. He has deep blue eyes. Ares is dark tan in color with a black marking on her chest, ears, and also black guard hairs on her flanks. She has light blue eyes. Song is dusty grey in color with no white or black markings, just solid dusty grey. She has medium blue eyes. Tis and Demos children were next. Nigel is brown like his mother with the same white markings as his father on his paws, chest, and ears. He has forest green eyes. Vega is a mixture of brown and gray, much like a grizzled gray without the white. She has no white on her at all aside from a small patch under her chin. She has light golden eyes. Sheena and Demos legacy were shortly behind. Keiran is very light grey in color that fades to white on his undersides and legs. He has his mother's brown eyes. Kali is white like her mother with markings like her father, except where his markings are white hers are the same gray as his base color. So, her color is just like his except it is flip-flopped. She has midnight blue eyes. Layla is white in color, she has no other color on her what-so-ever. She has very light blue eyes. Cassandra is grey in color with numerous white hairs running along the ruft of her neck, underside, around her face, and on her tail. She has brown eyes. Adriana is mainly white in color with grey hairs mixing in along her sides, chest, and ruft. She has eyes that change from blue to brown depending on her mood.

Moonstar and Demos offspring figures could be seen next. Daren has the same markings as his mother, though he is not black instead he is medium grey. He has green eyes. Bandit is solid black without any markings. His eyes are so dark blue that they seem black as well. Eris is mainly white in color, having her mother's markings but with them flip-flopped. Her eyes are honey colored like her mother's. Zelda looks almost entirely like her father, except she has some white on her chin like her mother as well. She has medium blue eyes. White and Demos children brought up the rear with the older wolves. Damon is solid white like his mother and has dark blue eyes. Lotus is almost a spitting image of his father, only he is a lighter gray. He has his father's same white markings. He has green eyes. Zephyr is white with a patch of gray on his chest and on the tip of his tail. He has blue eyes. Rain is gray in color without any white at all. She has green eyes.

Argolis & Freefall

The great dane mix was sleeping at the time Audra entered the den. His broad, wolfish head was laying sideways on the cement with one of his brindle legs stretched up over his brindle muzzle. The alpha had chosen an open patch of ground on the main floor to sleep on, where his dark body was laying directly in the rays of lighting filtering through one of the many windows. One paw twitched as he slept, followed by the others. A little snarl rumbled through him, and he flinched again, clearly having some sort of dream. At the sound of Audra's paws rushing his way though, Argolis' triangular ears flicked and his eyes snapped open in a heartbeat. "Audra...?" He mumbled groggily as he rolled onto his paws and lifted his head up, with the fur on the side of his face humorously flattened and unkempt looking from where that side had been laying against the cement for so long. "Need something?" Like the others, he didn't yet have a clue that she was expecting.

There was always a falcon somewhere during the day, wheeling around the city and keeping an eye out on the Lurker's turf. With dusk approaching, it was Freefall who had taken the last patrol shift before the sun would sink completely and his sharp vision would be rendered useless. The small raptor spotted the large group of canines a few miles before they'd even reached Atroe City, and by the time they had come upon the Lurker's border, Freefall had swept down and alighted on the top of a van parked near them. His talons clacked loudly against the metal as he waddled forward and hopped down onto the hood, craning his black and white neck to peer out across the sea of canine faces. "Vixen, what do we have going on here?" It was a curious question, and given as he tilted his little head from side to side.

Dixie

Dixie had been just a few feet away from where Argolis slept. The pups had been playing for a while but were now all but tired out. They had fallen asleep in the corner nearest to her in a pile of fluffy multi-colored fur. Yet, Dixie was still alert. She heard one of the members of the pack approaching and tilted her head to the side ever so slightly as she regarded the other female. She recognized this female as one who was here before her, Audra she believed was her name. It was so difficult to remember every name of every canine in this place since it was many more than she was used to. Yet, Argolis soon stirred and spoke the other female’s name which told Dixie she had been correct in her guess. She woofed to Holly who was in the next room to come watch the pups while the Boxer female moved to her lover’s side.

She wasn’t sure what the other female wanted, but she wanted to be of assistance to her mate. She was the alpha female after all. Though, she wasn’t entirely sure if he still wanted her help since he had seemed to be cross with her for some time after she had confronted the pack about the intruder. It seemed that no one had come looking for him, though. That was a good sign and showed that maybe her judgment was good. She had not been so sure, but she had followed what her heart had told her to do. Never had this girl been one to be able to deal well with killing other creatures when it was not justified. Prey was justified because it was needed to feed the pack and keep them strong. Killing another canine just because you were unsure of them was not something she considered to be ok. She wasn’t sure what the rest of the pack thought of her now, but she didn’t let that bother her as she sat silently beside her mate, waiting for the other female to fill them in or for Argolis to say something…

Audra & Others

Audra excitement was hard to contain, with so many new members being young, nobody would dare challenge the Lurkers without thinking twice. She found their King laying down upon the cement, his large black body hard not to miss. As she approached she could see the male moving in his sleep and offer up a small snarl. Her steps halted when she found Argolis head rising and his eyes looking to her as he called her name in a sleepy voice. When he asked if she needed something she couldn’t help but nod eagerly. Noticing Dixie she gave her alpha female a nod of greeting before looking back to Argolis. “We have more wolves wishing to join! My younger cousins and siblings wanted to join us. Come on! Normally she wouldn’t have spoken to her alpha that way, in the come on as if ordering him around, but she was way too excited. Before she even fully waited for a reply, the pregnant lass took off back the way she came, positive that Argolis would follow.

Vixen looked up when she heard the raptor approaching their small group. Seeing Freefall she grinned at the small bird who was a member of their pack. It was no surprise that he looked confused as he questioned her. You’ll find out when Argolis gets here, but don’t worry everything is okay. These are our younger cousins and siblings. Falcon left to go find Storm and check on her and the young ones.

Desert Rose, Rain, Nigel, and Cassandra gave nods to Freefall in hello, since they were the closest near the bird. In fact all the young wolves had started to mill around as they waited in apprehension or thrill. Eclipse sat talking to Rain, who seemed to be a little scared of the change even though she was do determined to come that she had been the first to ask. Hopefully Argolis will see the new ones as a blessing and not demand their leave.
