Runt

The white-faced black hybrid slunk into the den, waiting for his brother. When Tahiya arrived, Runt motioned to Grey, who was sleeping in a corner. 'That's the one,' he seemed to say.

Tahiya Yuoniah

The grizzled gray brother slowly followed Runt at a idle pace. Seeing Grey, Tahiya felt laughter consume him. Alhough he did not laugh out loud, he was cackling inwardly. Tahiya was tense, his muzzle pointed at the male. He waited for Runt to motion for the attack.

Runt

Runt counted in his head, then nodded to signal the attack. He lunged at Grey, clamping her muzzle down so she couldn't speak.

Grey woke up with a fright, struggling to get free. She wanted to call for her father, but she couldn't.

Tahiya Yuoniah

Tahiya Yuoniah moved with Runt, lunging for Grey's scruff. Runt had silenced the female, and Tahiya would be the one to seize Grey. As soon as possible, Tahiya wanted to get out of the Aegis Den, but only if he had Grey.

Runt

Runt kept his grip on Grey. Tahiya's attack had been successful. Grey was apprehended. He then helped his brother carry the female back to the territory.
