Suenga

Suenga walked into the Aegis Den, stopping to check if Tainted had followed him. "Tainted, here we are." Suenga said with a smile. Breathing in the the smell of his fellow pack mates. "Home."

Tainted

The coyote/dog/wolf followed Suenga, wagging her tail as she went into the den. "Wow. It's really nice here." She said, smiling.

Suenga

"We had quit a bit happen. Attacks, suicides, ect. The usual. I've loved this place. I used to play with the alpha male, he was my 'uncle'. Sorta." Suenga chuckled, remembering his humble past.

Tainted

Tainted's eyes wandered around, taking in all that there was to see. "I've never really had a place to call home. A wolf by the name of Kalaber and his family tried to kill us just because we were children of the Shadow Haunters. We've been running all our lives." She said with a sorrowful sigh. How she wished she had never met Kalaber...

Suena

"Kalaber, he's some ally of us. Though he's related to Haunter wolf, Risen, he's truely against them." Suenga said with a hardened tone. Suenga turned and looked at Tainted, cocking his head lightly. "What he do? Try to rip your throat. That son of a bitch."

Tainted

Tainted shook her head and closed her eyes. "I...I don't remember much of it. All I know is that he wanted me dead. He attacked me many times. Mother said that he'll attack anything that moves if given the chance." She knew that her mother sometimes exaggerated, but she figured that there must be some truth to what Tahti said.

Suenga

"His pack was attacked a while ago. I don't believe he'll be allies with us much longer, ever since The Haunters killed his pack. Now that Haunters and Lurkers are friends...." Suenga shook his head in dismay. Suenga trotted over to his 'roomy' grabbing a unchewed bone and tossed it to Tainted. "Here. Give you something to eat before Hydras see's ya."

Tainted

Tainted lifted her head and smiled. "Good. I hope Kalaber leaves us alone for a while." She replied softly, her tail wagging once again when she was given the bone. "Thank you." The hybrid said as she laid down and shewed on the bone.

Suenga & Magnet

"It so lonely here. The alphas must've taken their sons hunting. You have no clue how busy we've been." Suenga smiled, laying down to face Tainted. "I don't know how much I've hunted in the last month...too many times...for sure."

Magnet heard the two voices below her, and she scurried down the steps to see Suenga and the stranger. "Uncle Suenga brought a stranger home! Who is she? Is she nice? She looks stroooong!" Magnet yipped happily, sniffing Tainted. "I'm Magnet, what's your name?"

Tainted

Tainted was about to speak to Suenga when Magnet spoke up. She couldn't help but smile at the pup. "I am Tainted, daughter of Tahti and Luke." She didn't know if the Lurkers had ever heard of her mother or father, but it was certainly possible. Tahti had caused quite a bit of trouble for many packs.

Suenga & Magnet

Suenga sighed, smiling softly. "Magnet, will you be so kind to be a lookout. If you see any wolf, dog, cat or anything in these alleys, warn us. Okay?" Suenga asked.

Magnet hesitated at first, but turned and ran up the stairs. "Yes sir, Suenga! Nice meeting you Tainted!" Magnet called before waiting on the top floor, peering over the labyrinth of alleys.

Hydras, Pirqua, & Black Feather

While Hydras had been taking care of the 'Bloodlust incident' Pirqua had stationed herself outside of the Den yet again. The ever watchful sentry and her mate kept a close eye on the surroundings, and followed Tainted's movements intensely. The fact that she was joined by Suenga kept the falcons from raising any alarms.

The pair exchanged glances before Pirqua took the initiative. The peregrine falcon glided down from the roof and angled in through one of the broken-out windows to located her leader. After a few quick words with the hybrid, Pirqua took flight once more and perched herself on a beam near the cieling.

Carrying herself with an expanded ruff and high-held tail, Hydras sauntered towards the duo. "We have a visitor?" The Lurker queen spoke out, giving Suenga a curious and pointed glance, before resting her assertive gaze on Tainted. "Who are you?"

Tainted

The young hybrid looked up at Hydras as she approached. She bowed her head respectfully and wagged her tail. "I am Tainted, daughter of Tahti and Luke, and I would like to join your pack. I am running from Kalaber." She said politely. She wanted to growl as she said Kalaber's name, but she held it in. "I heard that my half-sister, another daughter of Tahti, lives here. Is this true?"

Lyckos

Bloodlust's death happened all too quickly, and Lyckos had remained inside the den while the female took her own life. The news shocked him, but he knew there was little he could do now.

He noticed Hydras, with Pirqua, approaching Suenga and an unknown hybrid. He advanced on the gathering, head up, but otherwise relaxed. Smiling at his 'nephew' Suenga, Lyckos gently woofed a greeting to the pair.

"Hello, Suenga," then his hazel eyes moved towards the hybrid, "and hello Tainted, My name is Lyckos."
