Domnio

A howl echoed through the entrance hole, signalling the arrival of Domnio and his pack once again. Slwoly did they drag the buck through the gap and into the den. They had eaten whilst the had been out hunting so there was no need for them to eat now. They dropped the buck's carcass in the center and Domnio howled again, Signalling their arrival with the food they had promised.

Hydras, Skeil, Yersinia, & Bullet

Hydras was quick to come to her feet, after a rest in one of the upper floor rooms. Padding quickly down the steps, she approached Domnio and his pack with a look of gratification on her face. "You are true to your word, Domnio." The alphess said lightly, her eyes now following with intensity to the buck. Her stomach growled for the good, wild food and she couldn't help but growl a little with pleasure. "Thank you, very much. Have you eaten anything yourselves?" She questioned next, pulling her hungry gaze from the stag and back to Domnio.

Skeil, Yersinia, and Bullet all came to the kill, but each stayed back a little ways. Skeil would be permitted to each with her alpha, but Yersinia and Bullet knew to wait before Hydras and Demon had their fill.

Domnio

The brute smiled as he saw Hydras. At her inquiry he nodded.

We have eaten, We did some extra hunting whilst we were out, This is all for you and your pack.

He grinned.

The rest of the pack offered small yips and barks to Hydras and the others in greeting.

Sasha

Sasha stood from the crate that she had been laying upon and saw the fod. She just shook her head and rested back on the crate. She was tired even though she had slept for nearly two days. She wasnt sure what was wrong wither her. She curled up into a tight ball and let out a soft moan for the thought of food made her feel sick. Her temperature was sky rocketing for earlier she had eaten some poisoned meat and it was running its course through her body.

Hydras, Skeil, Yersinia, & Bullet

She offered a friendly smile to the others in Domnio's pack. With Demon's return and the addition of so many allies, Hydras was beginning to grow more and more light-spirited. A smile was not such a rare thing for her now. Of course, this 'light-spirited' thing didn't hamper her desires to fight. That was still a prominant build of her character, and could never be quenched. The alphess looked to her pack now, holding her head high once more, "Thanks to Domnio and his pack, we have a good meal tonight!" No sooner had she said it than she swung her raving jaws towards the carcass and began to eat.

Skeil scampered forward, growling with delight as she tore away at the wholesome flesh. She shot a thankful look to the Midnight Hunters.

Yersinia was surprised with her aunt's offer to let the whole pack eat at once. Without hesitation, she came forward and began to eat as well. And like her usual self, she hardly gave the allies a second glance.

Bullet was about to run to the kill, but stopped to encourage Sasha to join him. That's when he noticed that something mustn't be right. "Sasha?" The hybrid questioned, padding slowly towards the doberman. "Sasha, you haven't eaten for a while. Don't you want some of the meat... I could bring some over for you?" His words carried an uncertain and worried whimper. Something was definitely wrong.

Sasha

She shuddered and whimpered. "It hurts. Everything hurts" She curled into a tighter ball trying to hold in the moan. Her whole body wracked with shakes and quivers and she opened her brown eyes watching him silently. "No food. Please god no food." She nearly threw up coughing hard. She looked at Bullet. "I can hide it for awhile longer. But...But I dont want the rest of the pack to know Bullet. I dont want them to know." Sasha hated others caring about her and the embarassment of the pack knowing that she was sick was more shame then she could bear. Poor Sasha always getting sick or hurt. We must look out for her and make sure she does nothing stupid. Sasha shook her head and watched Bullet with a silent plea in her eyes. She didnt want them to know but she had to get out of here soon.

Hydras, Bullet, Jet-Wing, & Pirqua

His ears pinned back and he swayed his head to the side in a nervous manner. He hated being helpless against something, like an illness. Although, in this case it was a poison. "Should I take you to the woodland lady? Or do you think you'll be fine here?" Bullet questioned, keeping his voice low so the others couldn't hear it. There was a look of almost desperation in his eyes, and great sorrow. Oh how he hated not being able to help Sasha! He wished bitterly that he could take her pain away, but knew that he couldn't.

Hydras, realizing that Bullet and Sasha weren' approaching the kill, lifted her head to them. "What's wrong? Come on, brother, you can eat with us all. Sasha too."

Bullet gritted his teeth and bit and swung his head back to look at his sister. "We -uh, we ate already." He fumbled out, trying to cover up for Sasha.

Hydras raised a furry brow in suspicion, knowing that Sasha hadn't left the Den for at least two suns. But she shrugged it off for now and began to eat once more. Pirqua and Jet-Wing soon joined the kill, having seen the allies drag it to the Den. Swooping in through the hole, they alighted directly on the carcass and began to eat their fill. Dally, Mesa, and Black Feather were all on lookout, and would take their turn once these two were finished.

Jet-Wing finished quickly and hopped over to his good bud, Bullet. "Say, what's wrong with-" But the falcon was cut short when Bullet swatted a paw at him. Giving a screetch in alarm, Jet picked himself up and fluttered his feathers in annoyance, "Well, wasn't that uncalled for?" He huffed, glaring indignantly at his friend.

Bullet gave an appologetic smile, "Sorry, Jet. Just keep quite about Sasha, alright? She doesn't want anyone to know she's ill right now."

Jet shook his two-toned head, "Phhhhm. Craziest thing I ever heard. But if Mr. Paw to Your Head wants it that way, then so be it." The falcon alighted on the crate where Sasha was and peered down at her. "A touch of the flu, huh?" He guessed, seeing her shake. He was genuinly concerned for her, but didn't really show it all too well.

Demon

Demon had padded over as well and gave a small nod of thanks to Domino and his pack before sitting. He didn't just eat yet and noticed what Bullet said in reply to Sasha. He had a feeling all wasn't right with Sasha for she didn't look well but if Bullet and her didn't want to say anything he decided not to go over and ask if they were alright. He padded closer to the kill now near Hydra's and lowered his head to eat.

Sasha

Sasha glanced at the food and said softly I dont know. We should get away from here before they find out. I dont care where we go but it cant be far....I cant go very far Bullet." She needed to stress that part. She could hardly stand let alone walk. She looked at Jet Wing and said softly "Please dont tell them Jet. Im asking you as a friend please dont tell them." Her eyes were desperate and they locked onto Demons. She could see his suspicion and froze. She needed to act strong. Carefree. Silently she stood and tried hard not to fall over. "Hydras We are going to step out for some air. We will be back in a little while." It would probably take more then awhile. She glanced at BUllet silently her eyes holding the question. Where to?

Hydras, Bullet, Jet-Wing, & Pirqua

He nodded his head, "We can go to the Dump? There will be less people around, and it isn't so far from here." Bullet offered, his voice still quite and inconspicuous.

Jet swung his head to the side in an exagerated way, "Alright, alright. I won't tell." Now his head swung the other way. "I mean, if you don't want me around..." He always loved being included in things, and felt that he was somehow being left out right now. Especially since Bullet was giving more attention to Sasha than him.

Bullet gave a smile to his little friend, "We want you to come with us. In fact, you can be our lookout. To make sure no humans come." In reality, Bullet didn't want Jet to stay here, where he might accidentally blab about Sasha being sick. And by making him a lookout, Jet would be flying around in the sky, and thus not bothering Sasha.

Jet instantly perked up and fluttered his wings, "Really? Well, if you really want me too... ok, I guess I'll go." The peregrine jumped up and flew from the building.

Hydras looked at the pair, finding their actions a bit suspiscious. "Alright, but don't go far." The last time that a pair of canines went 'on their own' from her pack, it was Narsia and Ninaki. And Narsia returned pregant. Somehow, though, Hydras knew this was different. She could read her brother very well, and knew that something must be wrong. But Hydras put it off as worry about the encroching war.

Sasha

She nodded her head and leaned against him slightly trying to keep her eyes open and make it appear as if her and Bullet had become mates. She wanted them to believe that everything was all right, that nothing was wrong. She jumped from the hole out and nearly fell. With a slight whimper she continued to walk heading for the dump.

Domnio and pack

Domnio gave a nod to Hydras.

We shall be off. We are going to find a land that we can call home. If you want us you know what to do. Were with you till the end Hydras.

He smiled before turning and departing followed by the rest of The Midnight Hunters.
