Eternal*Immortal

My mind had to die but my Soul Lives Eternity is far to long

Like the cold whisper of death she slipped into the land black pelt blending with the shadows dark yellow eyes hollow and forboding. She moved silently watching everything around her with dark intensity. She was known as Eternal but few knew who she was. Only Immortal knew who she actually was. She watched the shadow lurker pack and had been watching them for many days. Immortal was restless but that was the life of Immortal. She had never been able to sit still and made her dark sister wonder if she had dog blood in her.

Watching you Die from this life of Hell You didnt last but I will

Immortal paced back and forth when she suddenly hit a box knocking crates over. She cringed knowing her sisters wrath would be upon her any moment. "Im sorry. Im really sorry." She had blown their cover. Now everyone would know they were here. She whimpered as her sisters fangs cut deeply into her coat blood staining the pearly white. She cowered before her sister wary of the dark yellow eyes and how hollow they had become. Her sister was like an empty shell. Nothing seemed to live inside anymore. She gazed around her and stood submittingly before Eternal praying ther she wouldnt be geting a later beating.

Bullet & Jet Wing

"Well, like I said..." The peregrine falcon paused in his speech as his hybrid friend lifted his head suddenly. "Shhh, Jet. Did you hear that?" Bullet whispered, perking his ears up at the sound of some crates falling over.

Jet Wing shifted on Bullet's back, bobbing his head and looking around, but not seeing anything. "Erm, no... what was it?" He questioned, raising his wings slightly, about to fly.

"Wait, Jet. What ever that was, the sound came from beyond this building. Lets check it out." The hybrid said eagerly and sauntered around the side of the building. "Righty-O, Bullet. Lets go trapsing off to something unknown, without the pack..."

Bullet laughed, shaking his head, "Well you don't have to worry much, do you? After all, you can fly away from danger." Bullet continued around the building until he came upon Eternal and Immortal. The tang of blood hit his nostrils and made him much more wary. "Hello there..." Bullet said at length, trying as always to figure out whether these two were friend or foe.

"Hhhm, not Sasha. Not anyone I know. What do you think of them?" Jet questioned. Bullet snorted and whispered, "Hush, don't make me look like a fool! I'll just find out what they want, then we can keep searching." Jet Wing chuckled, "Bullet's-got-a-girlfriend, Bullet's-got-" "Shut it, Jet!" Bullet snapped sharply at his friend's jesting. Jet Wing laughed, but didn't go on.

Satan and Vitani

The pair had recently departed from a big event and weren't in a paticularly good mood. Vitani was ahead of her father and trotted along listening and watching for anything she could entertain herself with. She soon came upon the alley where Eternal and Immortal were. She stopped dead in her tracks as she spotted Bullet and Jte-wing were there aswell. She approached cautiously, head held high, showing she was the highest in rank here at the moment. She chuckled at Jet's teasing and gave a friendly grin to both him and Jet. Then as she turned to face the other pair her face clouded.
Well, What's your business here?
Her posture wasn't threatening but it wasn't friendly.

Satan wasn't far behind and as his daughter disappeared into another alley, he followed slowly. As he emerged from the shadows, his amber peirced vooids settled on Bullet and Jet, as well as the other two. He raised his posture, showing he was quite high in rank but not the leader. He gave a polite nod to Bullet and Jet before his steely glare locked onto Eternal and Immortal. He wasn't in a good mood, another had recently trespassed onto the Lurkers land and was currently being delt with, some new alies had been made, and he was too tired and angry to be polite to any others.
I think it would be best to obey my daughter.

Risen

Gray female darted to the noise she heard. Sensitive ears catching the exact place the females were at. When the two go into view her hackles rose and she jumped to a hault. Nails scraping and skidding against the ground with yellow globes glareing down to the two that were in a slight fude. Vicious looking, Risen looked like a small demon as she glared to the two who were intruding.

"Who goes there?!" Snarles blared and her ears laid flat, blending with her gray coat. Truely, if there was something dark in the she wolf she faced. There was something worse in Risen. With loud growls she waited for the other two to answer. Then gave a round of barking for other members to find her.

Eternal*Immortal

Hollow eyes glared at all around her. She turned her accusing eyes to her sister with a look that spoke a thousand words Look what you have done She had to think up a lie and she had to do it fast. Cunning and sly was this fae with black pelt hidden scars that remained burning on her skin. She turned her hollow eyes back to them and calmly said "We were sent here by Aaka. She wanted me to tell you that she has new members in her pack." Not quite a lie. She had been watching Aakas pack to. She was undercover for something but no one would know what. Only Immortal knew but she was dispensable. Eternal didnt care that it was her sister she was talking about if she breathed even a word about the soon to come then her death would be coming much faster then the white fae thought.

The snow white female layed down submitting mainly to her sister but also showing that she didnt mean any harm to the others. She was the bouncy one and didnt want a fight to start. She almost started at her sisters lie but hid it quickly. She didnt want to make her sister madder then she already was. She stood slightly lower then her sister and smiled meekly at Bullet. She knew Sasha. They had been friends once. Then Eternal had come along and beaten Sasha until she ran far away. Immortal had to give Sasha credit. She hadnt fun from the fight like most would have. She could smell her here and her tail swayed and she looked around eagerly seeking for the female that had once been her only friend.

Sasha

Sasha moved as quickly as her leg would allow her. She had been away taking a break as some could say and came here after hearing a racket. Her first sight was Eternal and her hackles raised but she stood next to Bullet standing tall dark brown eyes blazing but no hint of what truly lied behind them. Then she saw Immortal and her gaze softened. Immortal didnt deserve the treatment her sister gave her. Eternal hid things well which scared Sasha. Immortal was to submissive to hide much. Her eyes lingered on the new members and she shook her head. Only Risen was in her scrucinity. She wasnt sure about the small female and she knew that she wasnt her favorite wolf in the world but that was ok. She had Bullet and that was all that mattered

Risen

She turned to the others, though kept low and on guard. Growling At Eternal, catching her glance to her sister. She took a step forward and continued to growl. Eyes growing to a slit. " And why did you not howl for the lead then. Sneaking around is no way to gain trust... now..." Fangs were fully exposed now. Her nose completely crinkled as digits dug into the hardness of the concrete. " STATE YOUR TRUE BUSINESS!"

Satan and Vitani

At the appearance of Risen and Sasha the brute nodded in respect to them both, but his bad mood hadn' improved and it was more likely to get worse. He also spotted the glance from Eternal and that was no way to try and hide something. Baring his fangs, the wolf stepped forward, next to Risen but his tail was slightly higher than hers, showing he was the highest in rank here but wasn't the leader. A low growl erupted from deep within his throat.
Listen to her, It would do you good to respect those high in the pack, now state your business, the true reason you are here.
His voice showed his growing anger, he wasn't one to be messed around. Peircing yellow orbs bore into the pair.
If Aaka had sent you she would have told you to see Hydras, not to sneak around in the alleys.

Vitani also began to growl, claws raking across the hard floor, hackles raised and fur bristled.

Eternal*Immortal

She smiled faintly. "I like to know who I am talking to before I actually go and speak." She turned and faced Risen no fear and all tranquility. "You know how it goes Risen. Unable to trust everybody and anybody around." She knew her name. She knew all of there names. Her eyes landed on Sasha and fury shone briefly but she hid it and an edge of ice tinged her voice as she said "Hello Sasha. Long time no see. Hows the family?" She enjoyed seeing the fae whose scars were evident on the inside. She smiled a wolfish smile. "Tahee. Amena."

Immortal stood quickly and turned. "See ya around Sasha." Her words were whisper soft like words whispering through the wind. She moved silently and quickly past Risen and as soon as she left the alleys headed straight for the Tall Grass Prairie. She wanted to get as far away from her sister as possible.

As her sister left Eternal smiled. She wouldnt slip up now. "I am known to many as Yaktimi. The two new wolves to Aakas land are Abamacho and Soleda. They are both from Moon Spirits pack, rebels you could say. As you know Kekochoi and the rest of the children are ready to leave as they are of age. I dont know where they are wishing to live but thats not my problem." Her words were soft eyes staring straight into Sashas. She wanted the slight doberman to fear her as she had before.

Risen

Her growls didn't die down, instead they remained consistant. " how do you know my name, Vermin." She turned to Vatini " Go get Hydra's the wolf she's dealing with now wasn't sneaking around like this one. Ask her if she knows a Yaktimi" She turned back to Eternal. She wouldn't let this wolf run or hide. The other didn't look as suspicious as this one. So she let Imortal go with only a slight snap at her.

Bullet & Jet Wing

Bullet was at first lax with the females, ready to accept Eternal's explanation as a valid one. But before he could speak with either of the two faes, three of his packmembers showed up, and Bullet quickly stepped back in the presence of their higher authorities. He knew well how to stay in line, after all the chastisement he got from his dominant sisters. Now he listened carefully to what was said, though his attention was taken away when Jet-Wing nudged him, "Hey, looky there!" He whispered playfully, his eyes grinning.

Bullet turned his head quickly and spotted Sasha's approach. Instantly, his tail began to wave and a smile came to him. Not forgetting that he was in the presence of two strangers and three of his higher-ranking packmates, Bullet offered a quite but still enthusiastic 'hello' to Sasha. Then his attention faded partially back to Eternal, and he caught the hedgy looks that were given to Sasha. Bullet's hackles came up and his eyes glared banefully back at the stranger, yet still spoke no words.

Jet-Wing picked up on the looks as well, but he was not so held back by the canine's heirarchy. "She's got the evil eye, I'd say!" The falcon piped up, loud enough for all to hear, though that really wasn't his intention.

Hydras, Skeil, Bullet, Pirqua, & Jet-Wing

A second falcon appeared, gliding swift and low before landing on Sasha's back, skillfully keeping her talons from harming the doberman; unlike what Jet was doing to Bullet.

Hydras appeared a moment later, having been following her feathered friend. The alphess stalked right up to Eternal, after a pleased nod to Risen, Satan, and the others for confronting the stranger while she was busy. "What brings you to the Alleys?" She questioned, carefully posturing herself in a dominant fashion so that Unknown could begin to learn body language. Head and tail up, ears erect, eyes staring.

Skeil came up beside the alphess, but hung back just a touch.

Unknown

she watched as she followed Hybras the authority in her stance a stance that was much like the one both wolves or dogs had taken before a fight maybe that is why there was always so much bloodshed. Still she moved forth cranium lower then Hybras as she watched the confrontation.

Risen +.and a howl.+

The fea nodded to the alpha as she aproatched lowered her head, showing that Hydra's was the ranking over all. She growled softly, still unsure about the female. " She said she is a messenger from Aakas, but there is no excuse to be snooping around instead of trying to find you directly."

She paused then heard a low howl. " Tyrant..." She turned to Hydras. " My brother beckons, what should I tell him?" She paused, wanting to be loyal and stay here. But curiousity was urging her to follow his call.

Hydras, Skeil, Bullet, Pirqua, & Jet-Wing

Hydras turned to Risen faintly, but kept Eternal in her peripheral vision, "Messenger, huh? Well I do agree, snooping around is no way to relay a message." And so saying thing, Hydras swung her muzzle accusingly back to Eternal, waiting to hear and explanation for her actions. Then a question from Risen came, which Hydras replied to without turning her head, "You've done good to locate this fae. Go to your brother if you need." The alphess responded, very pleased with Risen's actions thus far.

Skeil was very focused on Eternal, but took a moment to speak with Unknown, "I think White Noise sent you to the right place. You'll surely learn quick here, with all the confrentations we have." The pit bull offered a friendly smirk, but her voice was so quiet, it was less than a whisper. Here was another very important lesson; don't interrupt the alpha when they were dealing with important business!

Risen

She nodded and and turned " Summon me if you need help. I'll be back as soon as possible" She bowed and turned her tiny frame. Darting out of the allies and into the wilderness.

Eternal

Her eyes narrowed at Hydras's aprroach and she said softly "Im sure you would know about wishing to see if one is enimies or if one is a friend. I watched you all to see if maybe all of you were actually against Aaka or with." She gave a wolf shrug. "Old habits die hard. Im sure you understand. My apologies for any misdoings from both me and my sister" Her head bowed low she glanced in the general dirction that Immortal had gone in trying to think of a place to meet up with her.

Hydras, Skeil, Bullet, Pirqua, & Jet-Wing

Hydras growled deftly as Eternal narrowed her eyes at her, "And again, spying is no way to ensure yourself of loyalties. Aaka knows that we are true to her." The alpess flexed her shoulders slightly, growing impatient quickly, "If that is all you're here for, then you may take your leave now."

Skeil stood warily, her chocolatey eyes gazing hard at Eternal, but her body language didn't betray any ill messages. She was just being cautious of this fae. Skeil was one who would rather make friends than enemies.

Bullet was usually that way too, but in this case, he took up an instant disliking for Eternal, simply because of a tension he felt between her and his Sasha. He stood a bit closer to the doberman, as if making a statement to Eternal.

Sasha

She shifted so that her body was brushing against Bullets. "Is that what you go by these days? Yaktimi? Far cry from what you really are Eternal." Her words were soft and the warm strength that always flowed from Sasha ebbed away. This was a wolf who would slice you open just as fast as she would talk to you. Yaktimi meant God Sent in Eternals native language. Sasha didnt actually know where the fae came from but she had heard Eternal speak of it before she had turned on her and everyone else.

unknown smiled back to the pitbull she had to be right. White Noise had sent her to the right place. Keeping her skull low she did in fact take a slight defensive stance incase something broke out she did want to help Hybras and being a skilled fighter would come in handy she was sure some anyway. Thinking back to Noise she remember the day she broke out she had rushed into him he took her in and helped her till she was better then they parted ways only to meet again here of all places.

Hydras, Skeil, Bullet, Pirqua, & Jet-Wing

Pirqua had taken to a nearby rooftop, and then had vanished for just a few moments while the pack worried over Eternal below them. Soon the falcon was back, landing lightly on Hydras' back. "She's confirmed." With that simple message, the peregrine took to the sky once more and landed on the highest building that borded the pack below.

Hydras had given her friend a nod, but had already figured that Unknown was telling the truth by this point. Her eyes held steadily on Eternal, waiting for the fae to leave, or speak further.

Bullet raised his head boldly, momentarily forgetting about the new rankings amongst his pack, and the fact that he was not so high on the list. Glaring defiantly at Enternal, he whispered to Sasha, "So, who is she? I mean, where'd she come from?"

Skeil overheard the quick message that was relayed by Pirqua. Scooting closer to Unknown, the pit whispered, "You're confirmed. Hydras trusts you now." At this, the dog gave a little wag of her tail, for she always loved to have new pack members.

Unknown

her silver tinted voids left the scene before her land upon Skeil. Maybe just maybe Unknown was getting a friend. Come to think of it she never had something called a friend or had she ever been a member of a pack. She had fought for her survival for years voids seemed to cloud for a moment as she whispered so Skeil

|I just hope I won't be a disappointment. All is so new. A pack member I would never have seen the day all I think about is those bars and blood it a nightmare I have trouble forgetting. Mostly because my brother is still there.|

Eternal

Why cant you see what troubles me?

Her mismatched eyes glared defiantly over at Sasha her hackles wishing to raise but forced down. "Yes thats what Im known by now Maranao" She watched faintly to see if there was a flicker of recognition at that name. Maranao was Savage in her native tongue but not many knew that. She watched the others for a moment and said softly "Be ready all of you. Forsaken will take you all on." She turned around and melted back into the shadows using back alley ways and objects to disguise her. She moved back and forth weaving in and out of human waste and other staying out of reach of other dogs. She had to find Immortal.

Hydras, Skeil, Bullet, Pirqua, & Jet-Wing

Hydras snarled deeply, her eyes flashing with a rare but keen intensity, "Forsaken has bitten off more than he can chew, if he thinks he can take on the Shadow Lurkers." The alphess wanted to pursue the fae, but held back. She turned to Sasha, her eyes still blazing, but not at her own pack member. "What do you know of this Eternal? Do you know of Forsaken?"

Bullet almost shrank back now, sensing the ferocity in his sister. He knew just how important the pack was to Hydras. As the saying goes, 'All for one, and one for All'. That was her view.

Skeil looked upon Unknown now, feeling badly for the fae, "Your brother is captive with the humans? A pit fighter" Skeil was lucky to have escaped that fate, but she plenty about it. "Once things have settled down here, I'm sure Hydras would't object to a rescue mission." To this, the pit bull offered a hopeful smile. But her head shot to Hydras all of a sudden, hearing the snarl from her alpha. Now regretting that she hadn't listened to the conversation, she tuned in to what the hybrid was talking to Sasha about.

Pirqua glided down onto Hydras' back, ready to summon the allies.

Sasha

Her eyes darkned faintly and she watched as Eternal left. She turned to hydras and said softly "Eternal and me used to be friends. Change that I was friends with her sister Immortal. Forsaken however is someone you want to steer clear of. Same with Eternal.....Shes a real whench when she shows her true side. Immortals ok....She just doesnt know how to fight back against her sister." sasha thought about all the internal wounds that Eternal had caused her back in the day but she pushed them away. She shook her head and looked at Hydras "I cant tell you about their plans or how many they have on their side but i know its going to be alot."

Unknown

Maybe but until then there is alot to do. with Eternal and this so called Alley pack we have alot to do. Torrent will be safe in the ring for now. I am sure he is still healing from his last battle with me. I know I am still healing from it.

She hated battling her brother and in the end she had allowed him to win that had been the night she had escaped and ended up here thanks to Noise.

Hydras, Skeil, Bullet, Pirqua, & Jet-Wing

Hydras listened, her snarlings still rattling around in her throat. "Eternal has aggravated a hornet's nest. Dare she give it a kick... well, she and her friends will be in for a world of hurt. No one threatens the Lurkers." Hydras glanced back to her feathered friend, "Tell your mate and offspring to post a constant watch of the Alleys. If any unknown canine enters, alert me immediately."

Hydras turned her muzzle upwards, giving voice to a loud, quick howl to gather her pack together. Then her eyes gazed to the members at hand, "Our friends cannot help us much at night." She began, speaking of the falcons, "We must be extra vigilant at those times. We cannot underestimate our enemies; they could outnumber us, or at least surprise us. We will sleep in the Aegis Den at night, or when ever we need a rest. It has saved us in the past, and it shall help us now, if a war is at hand. "

Bullet listened to his sister speak, feeling a bit of excitement grow in him. But the excitement of battle soon dropped away as he remembered his sister. He had always felt that the three of them were indestructible, but her death had dealt them all a hard blow into reality. Ever since that, Hydras had grown more on edge about her pack's safety, and now she was adament that no one be killed if a battle were at hand. Not only did they have to worry about Eternal and her ilk, but the Alley pack still had to be extinguished. And in previous battles, Ninaki's sister had lost her life. They had also lost Aminita to that pack, though not in a life or death kind of way.

Skeil listened to Unknown and gave a nod, "It looks like we've got a lot of work in head of us, huh?" Two fights and a possible rescue attempt? Now her ears perked at Hydras' words. Ah, the Aegis Den. A good shelter they had found two years ago, during a flood. It had remained abandoned, mostly, by the humans, and made for an excellent shelter for the Lurkers.

Pirqua took off, ready to post her family as sentries around the Alleys.

Risen .+. Fallen

Fallen had slowly followed up behind everyone. Head down and looking at hydras. She sat and waited behind the rest of the pack. Watching as Hydras gave her speach, she understood that this wasn't going to be easy. And she knew clearly of death.

Risen came bolting in and slid to a stop near the other top ranking members. Head was high, but lower than Hydras's, she stared silently then let her head shoot around to catch sight of the imposter, who was now out of sight. Turning back she spoke softly to Hydras in her normal mono-tone, though there was a hint of anxiousness in it. " What happened while I was away." She spat a little at the thought of how ignorant her brothers were.

Unknown

the silver huntress nodded her skull in thought. Battle ment fighting something she was very much used to and the best she was at. She smiled at Skiel she really was likeing the pit.

how do you get to this Den?

Hydras, Skeil, Bullet, Pirqua, & Jet-Wing

Hydras looked to Risen, glad that the femme had showed up, "Eternal," She began, with a nod in the direction that the fae had left, "Has threatened us. She apparently has some allies, and I believe that she is planning a war with us." The alpha left off for a moment, still thinking over what must be done. "She has some connections with Sasha, it seems, though that's about all I know."

Skeil waved her tail a bit, "I'll show you, it's not too far from here!" But the pit bull stopped as Hydras turned suddenly her way.

"Skeil, hold up a moment." Hydras again surveyed the gathered members, "Anyone that doesn't know where the Aegis Den is, follow Skeil now. She'll give you a quick tour. After everyone knows where our den is, it might be a good idea to get yourself some food, to keep up your strength. It also wouldn't hurt to stache some food in the Den, for the cold will keep it fresh. As for myself, I need to run a few erands." The alphas turned away from the pack and set off for the Ranch.

Skeil watched her alpha leave, then lifted her head just a touch; although she was shorter than most of her pack members anyway. "Follow me!" Moving off to the west, the pit bull headed for the Aegis Den.

Bullet looked to Sasha, his face a clear picture of concern and worry, "Do you think Eternal will target you? Hey, maybe we can find Immortal and talk her into joining us?" He was doubtful of it, but thought he'd ask anyway.

Bullet & Jet Wing

Bullet was waiting for Sasha's answer when a familiar but long-abscent howl came to him. Could it really be...? Bullet thought to himself, his eyes narrowing in disbelief. Then the orbs grew wide and his voice excited, "Sasha! Demon is back! Come meet him!" The hybrid's tail wagged now, for their old pack mate had returned! Oh, how happy would Hydras be when she found this out! Bullet headed deeper into the alleyes, following the sound of Demon's howl. Jet Wing flew above his friend, have no idea who this 'Demon' character was.
