Sequioa
Silently the female moved through her packs lands her eyes downcast as memories flooded back to that one day that everything went wrong.
"Dad why are we here?" a youg voice asked her father. An answer was given softly "Hush child. Just stay in these bushes and wait" and so the pup had. She had watched as fury tore through the alphess. As her anger killed everyone and everything in her path. Including the young pup herself for she had tried to run. Oh yes she had tried to run and had failed against the white tyrant. Blood had been everywhere but nothing could have stopped the white demoness from her rage. No one even knew what had set her off.
Sequioa shook her head against the rest of the thoughts as a single tear trailed down her cheek. No one knew what had happened or how Sequioa was involved. No one but Aaka.
Black Feather
The falcon rarely spoke with the pack, and only concerned himself with his mate, Pirqua. But as distant as he was with the Lurkers, he wouldn't dream of leaving them. It was a funny thing how he ended up with them, and with Pirqua. He had been a sworn enemy of Pirqua when they were younger, back when Darkstorm adopted him, and his sister Moonshadow adopted Pirqua.
It was a long time ago, and Darkstorm was long dead after a fierce blizzard. Moonshadow was gone as well, and the rivalry they shared died away with their bodies, leaving nothing for him and Pirqua to bicker about.
The falcon spread his dark wings and sailed earthward, where he came to land on an overturned box near Sequoia. "What troubles you?" The dark falcon asked, hunching his wings up and tucking his head down. Something about this fae reminded him of his first good friend, Darkstorm. He was longing for the past, but knew he'd never see the wolf again. So instead, he decided to get to know this wolf.

Silently she turned and watched the falcon as he landed on the box. For a few moments she watched him and said in her soft deadly voice "My past seems to follow me everywhere." She glanced away as she heard the rest of the pack appear. Her mask seemed to come over her face. "Show time" she said softly.
