Dark brown eyes peered through the darkness of the shadowed alleyways. It would seem a canine was crouched on some sort of object, watching the world go by. However this canine was not on any sort of perch. Stepping from the blackness did Lyckos appear. His huge ears were erect as they took in all the sounds of this new place. The part black part brindle Labradane was a monster compared to most canines. Being part Labrador made him very muscular with a powerful neck and a wide muzzled, shielding a full set of fangs. His long, slightly fluffy tail swung slightly like a pendulum as the beast stood still. His Great Dane heritage made him stand at around 86 centimeters, about 34 inches. He also weighed quite a lot, coming in at around 90 kilograms.

Slowly the giant began to move, slowly but steadily along one of the alleys. Hmm...What a charming place...

The beast stopped and seated himself next to large brick building, it was starting to crumble, with cracks on the walls.
This must be the beat up part of town...
The hybrid sighed deeply and layed down in the shaded part. There was no reason for his being here, he just happened to wander upon this place...

Sequioa

A dark growl erupted from the shadows as a black and tan female came trotting forth her tail held high. The delta female of the Shadow Lurkers had scented another in THEIR lands. Their sanctuary. The hybrid, god only knew what she was, moved closer to Lychos, her lips pulled in a snarl as she glared at the intruding male. "What is your business in the lands of the Shadow Lurkers?" Her voice was like a shot of whiskey. So smooth with fire laced inside. A demon that was well kept hidden except for the temper. Her temper was one to rival. She was the bearer of bad news, the angel of death at the moment. Her pack had just killed a traitor and now this...This male was here. It couldn't be just a coincidence. No....There had to be a tie to everything. At least in Sequoias mind.

The growl was what stirred the beast from his rest. Dark hazel eyes snapped open and his large ears flicked towards Sequioa. He lifted his head to look at her. He sighed as she continued to growl and then questioned him. Deciding the ground was not the best place to be at the moment, Lyckos stood up. He towered over the female. He did not smile but nor did he growl.
I do not have any business here, I was simply checking the area out, I stumbled upon this place and decided to have a look around. I am Lyckos.
Infact this was indeed the truth, he had only been wandering, not wanting to cause any trouble. Looking down at the fiery hybrid the male cocked his head.
What seems to be wrong. You seem rather....angry...
His voice was deep, deep and dark, but rather comforting at the same time. Something was up with this female, Girls were not usually this worked up over nothing.

Sequioa

She stared hard into the males dark eyes and her fur bristled as he suddenly asked her a hated question. What was wrong. "It is not your concern over the problem." She hissed darkly. She had to much news and inside she had a feeling that Hydras would not be pleased with what she had to say. Suddenly Sequioa paced back and forth unable to hold still. She wasnt a small dog herself. She had at least shepherd and wolf in her. Her black and tan hide proved the shepherd and her quick wit and sharp temper belonged to her wolf grandfather. She let loose a hiss of frustration and paced until suddenly she stopped "Why would one such as yourself be wondering into a land specifically known to be inhabited by humans?" Ah a good question. Most wild dogs stayed well away from human contact.

The male cocked an invisable eyebrow when the female seemed to take his question very badly. Hmm, This one had a temper. He watched her with mild boredom as she paced backwards and forwards. Something was obviously up, but he wasnt going to ask what, he didnt fancy having his head severed from his body. When she finally stopped her circlular lap around the alley in front of him, She asked him a very good question. He half-grinned half smirked.
Well, He started up with his deep voice. I happen to like humans for their taste in food. Other than that I dont really know why I am here.
Then suddenly he realised something.
Your pack, The Shadow Lurkers is it? Why are they based in a land known to be inhabited by humans?
Ah, her question backfired. He grinned and lifted his head a bit waiting to see what her reply to her own question was.

Sequioa

She growled and began pacing once more. "We are hybrids. We leave the humans alone they leave us alone for the most part. Normally however we kill tresspassers no matter what shape or size" With this said she gave him a pointed look and stopped her pacing. Suddenly she growled as she saw another come towards her. Aaka. Sequioa really wasn't in the mood for this. A stranger and a bitch. Although Aaka was the Lurkers best alley, she was getting in more and more trouble these days and dragging the lurkers into it.

The white wolfess moved forth, gave Lyckos a questioning look and said softly to the bristling Sequioa, "We found Phelan and Lost. Sang Faute and Atticus are all missing now." and with that she turned and left. But not before tossing over her shoulder "Oh and Sequioa. Congratulate Bullet and Sasha for their pups. You should get a mate. Your attitude could only get better." And then the female was gone as if a shadow.

Sequioa growled and muttered something not very lady like beneath her breath and glared at Lyckos as if daring him to say something about what Aaka had just said. Sequioa had been a loner for awhile. She was a spy for her pack and she liked it that way. Going under cover and what not. She didn't have time to dilly dally and act like a pitiful female pining for a mate.

Pirqua

The peregrine falcon left Hydras awhile while she was busy questioning two strangers at the Den. Skeil, Kuro, and Ninaki were heading out to investigate a new enemy source. With a recent exuction to add to the list, today was turning out to be quite eventful.

Pirqua caught sight of Sequoia, whom she had been seeking out. Gliding in on acrobatic wings, the falcon landed on a trash can nearby. "A potential new member? Or should I call for backup?" She asked, looking over Lyckos and recognizing his large stature. He could either be a great new pack member, or a very troublesome enemy.

"And if you're interested, Sequioa, a few of us are heading out to check on a new enemy. Size them up, you know."

Sequioa

She turned to Pirqua and said softly "I can handle him Pirqua. He might just come in handy." With that I move towards him and hiss "Come on." He could eventually become a 'friend' of mine. Or a member of the Shadow Lurkers pack. Otherwise he could walk away right now and leave us to our 'peace' "Tell Hydras that I need to speak with her of matters of great importance." And with that the large hybrid trotted away heading towards the enimies packlands as a spy. Her job. Her calling. Her longing. Sequioa knew the ritual. Get accepted, gain their trust, learn their weakness and strengths, return home betray them and botta bing botta boom we are locked in war once more.

The brute had no need to argue. An enemy eh? He wouldnt particularly want to be an enemy of this pack, not if they were all like Sequioa. "He might just come in handy"...Yeah, He'd be handy alright. As Sequioa took off, So did Lyckos.
